Lowell Pest Control Pros service in lowell ma did a great job on our Pest Control service. Outstanding service from them. The exterminator offered us a fair price to seal up the outside and inside of home including our garage to stop mice from getting in. He even offers to follow up a month after service to ensure that the protections and poison are working. I would recommend him and his team to anyone.

I just purchased a house last month which is older and needs work. After hearing birds in my attic and finding fire ants in an electrical outlet which stopped working I needed an expert. I was so grateful they called me back, showed up on time...actually early for the quote and educated me on rodent entry points & bugs. I have been at my wits end with companies never returning calls or showing up. He was patient and took his time. They come out next week to patch up my house and set up traps so I will give an update on service then.

Lowell Pest Control Pros did a great job in lowell ma for my pest control service. I called this service to take a look at a potential termite problem. The exterminator fit me in his schedule within an hour of calling, came to the house, looked at our problem, and told me his services were not required, but gave me some suggestions on how to remedy our problem. He was quick, helpful, and most importantly honest.

Their staff is supper friendly and knowledgeable and explained the whole process to us. They don't treat with heavy chemicals so is great for a house with children and/or pets. Also, you can't beat the 6-month guarantee! After the 1st treatment we had to re treat the room and we could book it without trouble.

We called this service when we found a trail of ants in our kitchen - they appeared to show up out of nowhere overnight. I believe my husband spoke with them and they came right out that afternoon and treated the problem. So far so good - ants disappeared right away and haven't come back. Customer service and their product is great.
