I would not recommend this pest control company at all. Very responsive at first, but non-responsive since. I tried calling Bernie approximately 20 times to have him come back to do a service that should have been covered under my protection plan, but I couldn't get a hold of him at all. During the 2-3 initial visits I had with him, he was always trying up sell. First to the total protection plan and then to termite protection. I made the mistake of upgrading to the total protection plan. Thankfully I learned and did not go for the termite coverage.
