The people at Critter Control came very highly recommended by my exterminator. They did a very good job at securing my house by covering all the possible locations where animals could get in. They showed up, all the work was done outside so I did not need to be home, they came back the next week to remove some traps they had set and completed the job. I thought the price was reasonable. The only reason I am giving 4 stars at this point is that they just finished the work and I would like to wait a little while to make sure that I do not hear anymore animals in my house.

We were dealing with what turned out to be a racoon problem in our attic. Critter Contol was able to get here quickly, dealt with the clean up (racoons had been battling) and made sure none were there or could get back in.

Critter Control is definitely the place to call to get rid of unwanted creatures sharing your home. They are responsive, do a thorough inspection of problem areas, and their work is amazing. George did the work at our house and was so professional. There was no mess left over, the crawl space was thoroughly cleaned out, insulation replaced and except for some hammering we barely knew he was there. Definitely five stars!

Fast, friendly and effective. I spoke with a very pleasant and helpful office manager to set up an appointment. A specialist was out the next day. He was polite, and very knowledgeable. In the end the squirrels were removed and holes patched. I highly recommend this business.

We had an issue with a squirrel in the chimney, so I called and set up an appt for between 7:30 and 9am the next day. Ben texted me in the morning to let me know he was on the way, and showed up right at 7:30. He took care of the issue promptly (turned out to be 2 squirrels), and gave me an estimate for a chimney cap to prevent future issues. He was pleasant and explained everything to us, which was great. I highly recommend this company.

I contacted the team at Critter Control about a bat roosting in my eaves of our home. Ben came to our home and conducted a through inspection of the entire house. He proposed a complete bat protection service which I believed was the correct analysis and we agreed to contract for the service. Ben was very knowledgeable about bat habits and was very informative. After a few days Adam(?) arrived and completed the bat proofing service. He sealed up the initial gaps in the eaves where the bats had been seen. He also sealed all the other gaps that he found and installed a bat one-way escape device so any bats in the attic could exit but would be prevented from returning. After about 2 weeks he returned and removed the one-way escape device and sealed the place where it had been installed. Now several weeks later there have been no bats seen, heard, or evidence thereof found. We are bat free!! The service comes with a warranty as well. The work was done well, the people were polite and knowledgeable and we are very happy with the results. We definitely recommend Critter-Control.

I highly recommend Critter Control of Greater Boston and their wildlife specialist Ben! He was professional and extremely helpful through the entire process! We had flying squirrels in our attic which was extremely frustrating. Ben always put us at ease and made us feel like he was going to take care of the problem so it would not happen again. I am happy to say that we are free of flying squirrels and it's all due to Ben and the team at Critter Control of Greater Boston! I also want to give credit to Adam who did all the repairs to our home. He did a fabulous job! Thank You!!!!

Brought my new rescue dog there recently. They were very gentle and kind with her they looked her over addressed all my concerns and put me at ease as to what her issues were. My appointment and the medicine they gave me for an ear infection and a skin infection was a little over $200 which to me is an excellent price

Very responsive with quick "positive" results. My squirrel problem was resolved in two days by Ben, a wildlife specialist. Just as important, Adam then repaired the damage where the squirrels were entering and critter proofed the other five corners of my house (even matched the color of the paint exactly) .

These guys are top notch pros. We had a super complicated problem, and the folks at Critter Control were nothing but accommodating and helpful. They came in and took care of our squirrel problem very quickly. But then we had a problem with our utility wires, which delayed the reinforcement of our awning. The Critter Control team worked with us in a flexible way and got the job done efficiently, on our schedule. Hopefully I'll never have to call them again. But if I ever had a different animal problem, they'd be the first people I'd call!
