UPDATE: I had another service experience with Castle Extermination Company. Julio was, once again, on-time for our appointment, gave a detailed explanation of his inspection process and listened to and addressed our concerns, and clearly communicated his assessment of the issue (same great service as last year). Very honest, and pleasant to speak to. Also, this company will NOT try to convince you that you need their services if they believe it is not necessary. Once again, Julio has made me pleased to have gone with Castle. FIRST REVIEW: Great service, with fast results. From first contact to initial service to follow-up visit, I was very happy with Castle. Julio came out to my property promptly and on-time to assess the situation, clearly explained his assessment and approach to controlling the situation. Within a few minutes he had treated the problem area. Since that day the issue has been resolved. He came back out to inspect the area a few days later to ensure the treatment was effective (which it was), then called me to share his report. Though the treatment was thus far very effective and hopefully I won't need to use it, I like that they offer a 6 month warranty on the work. Julio was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant throughout our interactions. I would definitely call him again for any future issues, and would recommend him to others.

Julio @ Castle Extermination Pest Control company did a truly wonderful job for one of our properties in Lawrence, MA. He treated for both mice and roaches and took his time to make sure the job was done thoroughly and properly. In fact, we used another pest control company in the area prior to hiring Julio and ended up very disappointed. Julio did a lot of work to address the issues the previous company did not. His pricing is very fair, customer service is exceptional (he's very easy to reach by phone) and super prompt and was on time for the job without being a minute late! I highly recommend Castle Extermination Company. Amazing service!!

Wow! We were under a wasp apocalypse situation at our home. We were finding about 5 wasps a day in our dining room. Instead of moving, or going to stay in a hotel, I found Julio and Castle Exterminators! Julios response time and service was so fast. He quickly located the entry point on the exterior of our home, suited up and applied the treatment to resolve this unpleasant issue. He was very knowledgeable about the type of pest we had and their behavior, and how to get rid of them. I am very happy with him and this company. Highly recommend!

I can enthusiastically recommend Castle Extermination Co. to anyone who needs an exceptional pest control professional. In my case, Julio promptly responded to my message asking for help with a large hornets' nest that had been built under the eaves of the house. He scheduled an appointment for the next day (Saturday), arrived on time and very carefully, took care of the problem. He explained what chemicals he was using and took the time to move some potted vegetable plants that were in the area so they wouldn't be contaminated (thanks Julio). 2 days later he was back to make sure the nest was dead and said he would return, at no cost, if I had any problems in the next 6 months. I'm glad I found him and won't hesitate to call if I have other issues.

I highly recommend Castle Extermination Company. Elizabeth responded promptly to my email request for more information and set up an appointment with Julio for our mouse problem. Julio called me prior to my appointment to get a better idea of the situation and on the day of my appointment, Julio was friendly, energetic, and ready to help. He thoroughly inspected inside and outside of the house, provided us with simple tips make our home "less comfortable" for rodents, and pointed out all problem areas. He is incredibly knowledgeable and spent a considerable amount of time answering my questions. Julio remidied all entry points and set up baiting stations, and pointed out a fixable structural issue that needed attention. The price was very fair and includes a follow up visit to re-bait and a six month guarantee. I was very, very impressed!
