Really enjoyed them, super nice, good people! However' tracking them down to get a scheduled spray just got to be to much. I would have to call multiple times before anything got done and wait a few weeks and hope they would come by. I wish I knew what happen? We are moving on to another service.

Great service! I called multiple companies on the Friday before New Year's and Bio Tech responded within minutes of my inquiry, came to do a free pest inspection that evening, and gave me a fair quote. Billy was back at my house to perform the services within the next day after the holiday. He did such an amazing job and took great care / was so thorough with our condo. He was more than happy to answer all of our questions and address any concerns. He really knows his stuff. I'm a 100% satisfied customer. While I hope I don't need further pest control services, I would call Bio Tech again in the future. Thanks again!
