Everything was great! It didn’t go as fast as I would have liked but that’s due to weather and not at all their doing. I did receive a call every time we needed to reschedule due to unsafe weather so they do a great job of keeping their clients updated with their work. I also now have an empty chimney with a new cap so I don’t get any more unwelcome guests so they do get what they say they’ll get done.

Not only did they give me a great and reasonable deal, but they came straight out to deal with my problem. He sprayed my home all the while giving me valuable insight into their activities. Carpenter ants are a way of life around here so I have become pro-active and spray annually .I have been using all star pest control for over 9 years. The owner is very polite and professional when he comes. If for whatever reason my bug/ant issue returns after the given time frame, he will return without hesitation. One year I called for a respray and he came that morning knowing he was going on family vacation that afternoon. You couldn't ask for better service than that.
