My experience with 'Mike of Advanced Wildlife Control' can be summarized as; -hired him to remove bats and squirrels from the attic -his 1st attempt failed and he came back for a 2nd time -his 2nd attempt failed and he came back a 3rd time -the 3rd time cost us $3,000 and he gave me a 10 year written guarantee -the 3rd time has failed and I have been trying to contact him many time through phone and his website, asking him to call. -I get no response to calls or messages on his website. - He advertises returning 'most calls in 24 hours'. I will give him a score of 2 because he is friendly even if not reliable.

I work for a k9 boarding facility late nights. Found an injured bat in one of the k9 yards and called. Quick response ! At almost 10:30 pm the guy came and picked up the bat. With dogs this could have been very stressful, but advanced wildlife control inc made the night stress free. Thank you !

Mike's team came in and gave us a free assessment for a bat problem. Very professional and provided solutions that I felt were humane. He communicated all processes to us, followed up with us and took some of our calls regarding concerns in what I would consider "after-hours" times. The AWC team are great. I suggest if you think you have a bat problem...call and you can have him come out at no cost and fix the issue before it becomes an infestation.

My daughter referred me to Advanced Wildlife Inc for a squirrel problem. We had a rather large nest in the attic and it needed to be removed. This was not nesting season but summer and upon review we found they had been chewing wires and causing serious roof damage. Mike's team came in and removed the nest, provided some cleanup and repaired the issue. He also did some preventative to assure they do not come back this winter. I would have given them 5 stars after they came out this Spring, but I have called many times since then and emailed, left multiple voicemail messages and I get NO response/call back. Critters never 100% left, so I am calling to get the remaining removed from my attic. Allegedly this is covered under the original payment/warranty, but not if they never call you back.....

Both my wife and I have used Advanced Wildlife Control multiple times for our businesses and at our house. Raccoons had made their way through a crack between the foundation and wall into my restaurant and nested. He caught them and relocated them rather than exterminating, then sealed the crack with wire and foam insulation to prevent their return. At our house he removed some skunks from under the porch. We had some family coming into town the next day for a cookout. When we discovered them and called, he came right out o get rid of them for us. He is our first call and we return because his service is prompt, he's super friendly and his pricing is good. We've recommended him to other friends with the same result. Mike is a great guy to work with.

This guy took my money - $1,350 - did a lousy job which didn't make any difference, ignored my calls, emails and texts for over a year. Finally, when I contacted the BBB, he called me and told me he'd refund my money, then he went dark again. The BBB said that he did not renew his trapping licenses in NH or Maine. He is NOT in good standing with the BBB. Do not do business with Mike.
