I have been using them for a year to remove roaches from one of my properties. I have clean tenants and common german roaches. One year and four visits later, I still have the roaches. When I called to have them come back AGAIN, I was informed that I would be charged as a new customer instead of a follow up. That is double the money. The owner is dishonest and rude. Dont waist your time or money with this company.

Earlier this week Dave came to my property and sprayed for carpenter ants inside and outside the property. Dave was very methodical and professional he asked questions related to the bugs, He did a walk though the property. Dave will stop by for a second visit as a follow-up. I’m very happy with the service.

I do not recommend this company. Our apartment building has bed bugs and our property management company hired them to come and fix it. Not only were they always late, there were three men, one who seemed experienced and two who had never worked before. It was their first day! While the more experienced man stood and talked to us, he let the other two take care of the other rooms. They missed closets, ripped the plastic bedding brought to cover the infected area and missed other spots. The experienced man gave me his word that because of the other two men's messup's he would gladly come back and re-treat for us the the problem remained. Well, it did and we called and called. He told us he would be here by the end of the week and that was three weeks ago. If you have the choice, go with someone else.
