Jacob came out to our house today to offer us an estimate on a termite issue we were having. Absolute Pest management was very responsive to my request for a quote online. I messaged them on Sunday and they were able to come out right away the next day. They responded to me quickly by text, which was very convenient and Jacob even called to give me a 30 minute heads up that he was on the way and arrived right at the scheduled appointment time. He was very professional and gave some very helpful advice. I would highly recommend this company for pest management.

So of course on Friday at noon, I realize we have a major ant infestation on the inside of our sky light and I call 2 other pest control companies who tell me if I’m not under “contract” with them, there is no way they can help me today. Then I call Absolute and Jennifer right away understands that this is an emergency situation. She gets my contact info, makes a few calls and calls me back to let me know Ben is on his way! Within 2 hours of my initial call! I appreciate that Jennifer understood that I could not go the weekend with a swarm of ants. She treated me like you would treat a friend or neighbor and she took the initiative to go outside the protocol and get the job done! I am now “under contract” with Absolute. I am so grateful for their attentive service! Oh, and of course Ben was great too! He called to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time and helped explain what had happened and what we could expect over the next few days. Overall great experience! So grateful!!!

Have used them for over a year and am satisfied with their service and professionalism. I have a residential account with them that has quarterly treatments. If I ask them to come back for a "retreatment" at any time in between, they are quick to respond. Always available by phone, and i have found their techs to be helpful. One recommendation: since I live in a rural area, it would be smart if the trucks had snake sticks/grabbers... we've had to handle a few ourselves during their treatments. Thanks for all you do.

I spoke with the "office manager" a few days ago and I was supposed to have an appointment today for a 1x Service for Around $150.00. I spoke with her twice as I had to call my husband to consult with him about it. We decided that because we were going out of town for a few weeks we would do the 1x service and when we got back we would sign up for the quarterly service. She said she would send me over the documents and my appointment would be with Johnny anytime today because that was the only thing available, we have to be at the airport by 6am on Thursday. Here we are 7oclock at NIGHT and I have yet to receive a call, text or email(which i supposedly signed up for). Let me just say this. I originally told her if she didn't have anything available i could wait until we returned and set the appointment then. She insisted that since i would be a NEW customer the Boss man likes to squeeze us in, but it would be an anytime with a courtesy call.So now I wasted my time on this whole thing when i was just going to wait. What a Headache. And for an Office Manager, thats pretty irresponsible. I will now take my business elsewhere. This was a Bad Experience. Oh, i will say this. The lady i Spoke with was nice . Just to leave a positive.

These guys do a great job listening to concerns and making recommendations to keep our home bug-free. They are reasonably priced, on time, and nice. We live in the country so if we have breakthrough bugs (which we don’t often thanks to their quarterly service), they will come back free of charge to re-treat. We had a chigger service done also and that really helped during the summer. Furthermore, they won’t recommend services you don’t need or won’t get value from. We’ve been using them since we owned our first home in 2012 and I highly recommend them.

Jacob was in time and courteous and friendly. He checked every inch of all three mattresses and box springs and was honest, no bugs. He checked the house and made recommendations for general pest control. He gave me pros and cons for treatments. He evaluated two “bugs” that turned out to be a good particle and a lint. He took them anyway to get the entomologist to evaluate. He wrote up a letter to show my tenants. I am at ease, have a plan for general pest control, and documentation for my tenants. Best experience possible. He will even be back in two weeks to revaluate just in case.

I absolutely love Absolute Pest Management! I have the scheduled service which works out so well. I live by a greenbelt so you can imagine what insects I see.... and I have yet to see them come back into my house!! When I called Absolute asking about the process they use and if it was pet friendly, without hesitation the woman on the phone explained all that was needed. She informed me about different regulations and also the organic things they use as well. I get an email reminding me of my upcoming service as well as a text. The few times I have had to reschedule, it was done with ease just by calling the office. All of the techs have been friendly and also call like 30 mins before they arrive. Thank you Absolute Pest Management!! So glad I made that call!!!
