I’m just happy I found out about their incompetence during initial scheduling and not after I signed up. I cleared my schedule to be home during 2 hours appointment window, no one showed up. Called the office, they said they saw my request for appointment but someone in their office dropped the ball and forgot to schedule a technician. Manager not available to resolve the issue. Been waiting for a call back to reschedule- no call. Very sad considering we had a great experience with TN in Arizona. That will be an adios. I’m hiring another pest control.

First-time, potential customer here and I was so disappointed by the service (or lack thereof) that I received. I called on Tuesday, 9/11 to schedule an inspection and was offered the following day, Wednesday 9/12 between 4:30pm - 6:30pm. I had also put in the request for a 30-minute call ahead. On my actual appointment day, Wednesday, I get a call from the tech around 5:30pm informing me that he will have to reschedule me because he was stuck at a current job and won't be finished until 7:30pm. I was fine with that since he had called ahead of time and communicated with me. We then coordinated and rescheduled for the next day, Thursday, 9/14 with the same time window. It's Thursday and it's passed 6:30pm and I still haven't heard from anyone. I called in to the office and spoke with a gentleman and explained to him my situation and was wondering where the tech was. He placed me on hold in order to call the tech. He then comes back on the line and informs me that the tech had called off because his son was sick and that the manager thought all customers on his route were contacted. Clearly I was never contacted. He was apologetic and offered to reschedule me, but I declined. Reschedule again for the third time?! That's too many chances and I gave him some constructive criticism and told him that the company needs to do a better job of communicating with their employees and customers. I've had to leave work early both days just to honor my time window. If I'm going to commit to my end of the deal and be at my home during my given time frame, then they should reciprocate that as well. Not for one second do I believe their lie about the tech's son being sick therefore he had to call out. I WILL NEVER CONSIDER THEM NOR UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN!!

My significant other , whose a veteran and senior citizen called Truly Nolan for a free estimate for past control . They scheduled an appointment for us on 11 - 13 - 18 , between 1& 3 . They never showed up or called , so I called them and was told the appointment was set for 11 - 12 - 18 . Mind you , we were home all day as we were getting our house power washed . They still didn't come on that date . So I figured they were just a bunch of liars . And then they tried to reschedule. I will never do business , recommend anyone to these liars . Just a bunch of liars . But , we found someone else , who came out the same day , better veteran and senior citizen discount than Liar Nolen was offering. Don't patronize these liars .

He corrected the issue and when he didnt think it would be cost effective because he had felt he remedied the issue, he let us know he felt we could stop services. I have trusted Truly Nolen for several years now (my two favorite exterminators are Joseph and Sergio) and they have always responded in a timely manner; when I had an ant infestation (twice in less than one year), Sergio has been here taking care of the matter, while educating me on what may have caused it, as well as steps to do in order to prevent it from happening again (note I said twice because I forgot to take his advice the first time!) . Overall, I have been very, very pleased with the service I've received and feel that anyone who requests their service would be pleased also.

I cannot begin to explain the lack of communication that this company has within itself. I had rodents in the area so I wanted Truly Nolen to come out and make sure everything was okay. The initial guy that came out told me I had at least for rats in my attic. He told me that it was $850 but my service would travel with me for a smaller fee into any new house I moved into. That wasn't even the problem... They cut a hole in my firewall in my attic and did not bother to tell me. I called repeatedly to have follow up service. The only time they would come out to inspect the traps was after they told me they would and didn't show and I had to call them and bug them to come out and check them. One time a technician name Brittany told me she found a leg... then the next person that came out said oh you don't have any rats. This was a lengthy process... Over several months to get any answers. One of their technicians put rats strips under my furnace blower and it got stuck in my furnace almost caused a fire in my house. Finally I got a hold of the manager Lee, he argued that they definitely would not have cut a hole in the firewall but then after he came out and look at it said oh yeah they probably cut that. I'm assuming to shut me up Lee promised that the house that I'm moving into that they would come and do a free service which normally cost around $500 and button everything up so that would not have this problem in the future. So when I got my new house I called and Joe came to inspect. I wasn't home when he left he told my mother that he would be calling me. Later on that afternoon I called truly Nolen and left a message. Joe never got back to me. That was on a Friday, by Tuesday I got fed up and called and asked for Lee the manager. Finally Lee called me back with Joe. I told him that I was ready for them to come over and button everything up. At that point he said that they were just going to be doing a free bug spray service. True... I should have gotten everything in writing... because these people do not keep their word! I look forward to copying and pasting this on every review site that I could possibly find... but with the reviews they already have... Maybe I should have already known better! Don't trust the mouse truck!

Trent English from Truly Nolen Pest Control did a termite inspection of my house in July. He was professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He explained the situation with termites in Las Vegas, and how he was performing the inspection. I asked him a number of questions pertaining to scorpions because at my last residence I was stung several times. He was patient and understanding answering all my questions. He made me feel Truly Nolen valued my business. He didn't solicit me for further business, but instead pointed out his companies expertise and interest in solving any pest control issues I might have. I explained my friend does my pest control at this time, but his service is not as extensive as Truly Nolen. Should I need more extensive or intensive pest control, or my friend leaves the area I would definitely use the services his company provides on a regular basis. This impressive young man is a definite asset to his company.
