I signed up for new service and had technicians do an inspection of our house and spray. There was a bee nest that we noticed shortly after the first service and we called to have them exterminated. Upon further inspection, we were told that honey bees aren't covered and that would cost an extra $75 after paying $50 for the initial spray and $50 for the very next months spraying so $100 in 2 months and that doesn't cover some honey bees. I spoke to the manager and got no wiggle room with this and extremely poor customer service. Please be careful as they aren't as nice after that initial visit to your front door. Yours truly, Mary C. The costumer service on the telephone is wonderful. Though, the gentleman that serviced the house missed some rather obvious areas. The trash cans were covered with webs and I purposefully turned over the water feature because there were brown widow egg sacs noticeable. Both areas appeared untouched AFTER the service

Lazar took time out to explain what he did on my property and said if I have any issues to call and ask for him and he’ll be more than glad to take care of any issues. SCAM!!! BEWARE!!! Just awful. First of all, if you look at all the other reviews to give them a 4.8, THEY ARE FAKE accounts! What are the odds that a majority of the people who have them a high review ONLY reviewed this company??? I looked them up because I was like there is NO WAY this company has a 4.8 after my experience. #1. They did not complete the service as promised. Terrible service. He didn't even spray the backyard!?!?! #2. They were irresponsible with my Credit Card information!!!!! #3. Completely unreasonable customer experience representative. I attempted to call them and pay what I owed and now they are trying to revoke the "$200" discount I received. $250 dollars and you didn't even do half of the stuff you promised! The tech was literally at my home for 2minutes. There was no comprehensive initial treatment.

The technicians call me onsite to address any other concerns I may have than the service they are there to provide. I used this company when I lived in San Diego CA and was happy to learn they also operated in Las Vegas NV so I could continue using them when I moved. They are very thorough and keep the pests away. I think I've been using them for at least 3 years and I've never had any problems with them. I only have good things to say about TruForce :)

So far been free of spiders, ants. Asked to spray patio perimeter as more flies, ants bugs. Seems better now. Need more communication on when they are coming and what was done. If I am not home I don't know it's been done. Also need deterrent for so many lizards or any other reptiles lately

From my experience of having TruForce Pest Control has been a great experience. They have been very efficient and attentive with me. I've never had an issue on them following up coming to my home the following month. They also have been accessible on times for my availability. My pets have never been affected with the fumigations inside and outside the house. If I have issues with other insects for example "Bees" .. They came out here and gave me a reasonable quote on dealing with the issue.. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends. The associates are very courteous, pleasant, and concerned... I want to Thank them for their performance. I hope the company acknowledges them and appreciate their work.. They came and only sprayed the front of the house, 1/4 of the house. The gates were locked but they never called me back to tell me they only sprayed 1/4 of the hose. So I called to cancel the service, now they are telling me that I signed a 24 month contract which the sales guys never mentioned or I would have never signed in the first place. So now they want $ 190 to cancel the service. This is one of the worst company that I have experience with here in Las Vegas. I would definitely not recommend this company.

I recommend TruForce! After 2 complete years of service, I decided to give this company and review. They have always been on time and they are ALWAYS friendly. I don't think I have never been frustrated or upset with this company. I have virtually no activity, NO SCORPIONS, no black widows, no silver fish, absolutely no roaches...I have no call backs because of activity. When I wanted them to spray they had a rule that they would not spray within two weeks time of your next spray because there are limitations on how much insecticide you can put down. Not a big deal, what I saw was dying. But I never knew that was a rule because my prior company, B....... sprayed tons of chemical and their customer service and product sucked, especially now that I know what "great" is. They started out treating the inside and the outside and then after a while they just would do the outside. Recently, because of our schedule we missed some treatments because we like to be home. But during that time, we had nothing in the house and only lots of grasshoppers outside. When I told TruForce, they quickly assigned a day for them to squeeze me into an already fully booked day, so they could come treat our property and ensure these grasshoppers would not attract their predators. I wish they could get rid of pigeons! Sign-up, you wont be disappointed.
