Townsend Pest Control is simply wonderful. I had an infestation of Scorpions and I thought it would end. After 2 years of intermittent scorpions I decided to seek help. I called Townsend who was very responsive and ended the problem. I have them as a monthly service and I am informed in advance either by Email or telephone when the Representative will be on my property. I really appreciate their friendly, effective service which I highly recommend.

I am relatively new to Las Vegas and I noticed that the Turkistan Roaches and Spiders on my property were getting out of hand. Since I have two dogs I was concerned with the products that would be used, but after speaking with Townsend Pest Control they explained their safe methods of exterminating and put my mind at ease. I have to say that everyone at Townsend is very nice to speak with; they are professional and take great care of their customers. I set-up for a monthly maintenance schedule to keep all the bugs away and I couldn't be happier. My technician, Doug is so thoughtful and does a thorough job with spraying my property; and he is a super nice guy. I highly recommend Townsend Pest Control to anyone that is looking for the Best in Vegas!!

Absolutely the most professional company! We purchased our new home to later find out we have scorpions. We tried other companies that didn't work, then found Townsend Pest Control. The amount of attention payed to the customer is something that is not seen now a days. The explination of everything that is going to be done to "WIN" over the scorpions was with out need of further explination. We are now month 3 and have only found two that were alive but dying, the rest have been dead. When we called to let them know we found a couple of live ones they were at our home the next day! The owner Lyle and Doug personally came out spoke with us and gave advice on what else we could do until we "WIN". I would give them 10 stars on professionalism true pride and dedication to their profession. If you have a scorpion problem make them your first (and will be your last) phone call!
