I've been a customer of this company for quite some time. They are always very responsive, courteous, polite and extremely punctual! They are thorough in what and where they spray, making sure every nook and cranny is protected. I have not seen any live bugs inside my house since I started using them. Whatever chemical they use is odorless to me. My family and animals are inside the house as it is sprayed, and we have not had ANY problems.Our tech even makes sure he brings treats for our dog whenever he visits. I would never consider taking my business elsewhere.

I was born and raised in Las Vegas. My parents have used Southern Nevada Pest Control for as long as I remember. Naturally, it has been my company of choice since moving out on my own in 2001. They have moved with me four times to differenet parts of the valley and completed the termite inspections for my two home purchases in that time. The service is monthly and has always been safe for my three young children, two dogs, and two cats. I have had additional and effective assistance with wasps and mice, at no additional charge to me. I enjoy the reasonable prices and great customer service.

I rent, not own my place, therefore the treatment bill is on me. The day following the treatment, the "bed bug" woke me up strolling away on my pillow next to my face, fat and happy, full of blood, trying to get away! How could the bug survive the pest control spraying is beyond me! And to find it alive and well the very next day was a shocking nightmare! Yes you guest it, I grabbed a paper towel and squeezed it to death taking the remains to the apt. manager who at the sight of it claimed that the bug was probably trying to run away from the pesticide (i dont think so)...Southern Nevada Pest control will charge me again to come a second and third time should there be a need to spray again ... You tell me if that's fair!?

Southern Nevada Pest Control came out to spray my daughter's friend's house. The chemical they used put her husband and their pet in the hospital with seizures. We have been trying all morning to get a hold of the owner, Dan, but they don't leave any emergency contact information. The hospital needs the name of the chemical so they can treat him immediately. Wouldn't you think that a company that uses dangerous chemicals would have some kind of emergency contact information in case something like this happens. If they are not in business in the near future, you can bet that they were sued and lost their business because the chemical they used ended up killing someone and they weren't smart enough to leave any emergency information.
