When the tech came out to spray my home, he was on time, courteous, did what he said he would do, and didn’t hide anything. The best is no annual contract! My husband and I are very pleased with Sierra Pest Control, and it’s nice to work with a locally owned company that I can trust.

We are So Thankful for Sierra Pest Control! We went on vacation and when we came home, we had mice running all over our home. I called Sierra Pet Control and they sent Mike out the next day. Mike told me that it could take a few weeks for the mice to be taken care of and that if I had any problems I could call and he would come back out at no charge. it only took 2 days for the mice to be completely gone. I am so happy with the service I have received from them. Mike was so nice and professional. I can not say how appreciative I am for the Sierra Pest Control.

Simply the best pest control service I have ever seen. When I called, the office staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. The technician that came out was very knowledgeable and professional. I had ants in my kitchen after he left the ants completely disappeared and I haven't seen them since. The tech also told me they had a 30 day guarantee, but I didn't need it because I am completely satisfied with the service that have gotten from Sierra Pest control. This is the only company I will ever use for pest control. Thank you so much.

Extremely misleading. Sold a year subscription initially to cover a year of treatments, but then they continued to charge additionally each time. Payment made on the spot "never showed up in their system" and they continued to bill me. Beyond this headache, we continued to have many bugs after their treatments. Steer clear

BAIT & SWITCH! Please, don’t call this company for any service you are in need of. They will send an “inexperienced” tech (their statement) to under bid the job and then drop your contract because of THEIR error? They also will not come out when the office schedules their techs, and they don’t call to notify you that they aren’t coming or to schedule another date. Everyone besides Helena is absolute joke to try to talk to. They are extremely disorganized and Sheri the “president” is rude and argumentative towards her CUSTOMERS, don’t even try to have a conversation with her, it’s an absolute joke! I deal with hundreds of vendors day in and day out and Sierra Pest Control is by far the worst company I have encountered. Do yourself a favor Google another company, you’ll thank yourself later.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST PEST CONTROL COMPANY! I'm trying to sell my home and another Pest Control company quoted us $500 for active ants and fungal treatment (Progressive Pest Management) . It turns out that there were NO active ants since the last time we got sprayed. Luckily Sierra Pest Control is an honest, reputable company that cares about their clients and quoted us Hundreds of dollars less than their slimy competition! I HIGHLY recommend this company, not only do they do a fantastic job, but they will not scam you like other companies.

I used Sierra Pest Control last year and they were great! This year I waited about 2 weeks for an appointment and they didn't show nor did they call. This was the second time it happened. The first time I thought it was my mistake, but now I am not so sure. Suggestions for other companies greatly appreciated! Don't use Sierra Pest Control they are unreliable!!
