I had service with Senske for over 2 years. It started average at best, and it got continually worse over time. For the last year the services would hardly happen. Instead I would get a call asking to change the service date/time 30 minutes before a scheduled service or they would schedule a service without calling me for the next day and send someone when I wasn't home, so they wouldn't spray the inside.
I called to complain about all of the poor service experiences, got an apology, and scheduled service thinking that it would change things. The tech never showed up, so I called to complain. Apparently they scheduled someone to spray my home that didn't work for the company any longer. They apologized again, and said that luckily they had someone else near me that could come right away to spray and that he would be there soon. He didn't show for an hour or so, so I called back to see what was going on. They couldn't locate him and had no idea what happened, but assured me that they were on it. I later received a call from the tech saying that he had come to my home to spray, but nobody answered the door, so he sprayed the front and left. I told him that wasn't true, and that he would have had to check-in at the security guard gate, so there is a record proving that he never came (which I later confirmed with security). He got upset and demanded that I schedule service at a later date (offering no explanation), which I obviously declined.
I called the office to let them know that he lied to me, that I wanted to file a formal complaint, and that they were fired. An hour later I was CHARGED for the service. After several calls to follow-up and advise that I want a refund and to speak to their customer service manager, I have not received a refund (despite that fact that they know the tech didn't show) because their accounting department is "backed-up" and I never received a call from anyone on their management team to offer an apology or advise if any action was taken with my complaint. I had to dispute the charge with Amex, which Senske is now fighting (despite telling me over the phone that they know the charge should not have ever happened). Unbelievable.
These guys charge a premium price for less-than-budget service. I changed service to a company that charges much less and provides way better service. Avoid these guys.
