I live off Cheyenne and the 215 and had a concerning scorpion problem!! I was finding about five to ten scorpions on my hunt a night! I was finding tiny ones, big ones inside and outside my home! I had a company, Aptive spray often and still had an issue! My friends starting jokingly calling me the crazy scorpion lady because I did endless research and took all precautions! I have a two year old, and I was sitting in her room one day crying after I found one in her room. As I’m crying I’m staring at the Lavendar I that I poured all over her bedroom, the glass jars that the legs of her crib are in, and I’m like “ IM OVER THIS” ! I promise I’m not nuts, there just isn’t anything I won’t do to protect my kid! I did research and found Red Rock PC and set up a consultation. Their technicians are so knowledgeable and so friendly, I hadn’t even been sprayed yet and I felt relieved just by their presence! So fast forward 6-8 months using them, and My problem Is almost non existent! My house is usually treated my Jeff and now John and they’re so amazing ! Not only did the spraying work, but I see the same friendly faces. Their customer service does not disappoint and am finally enjoying my new purchased home with my family! BEWARE OF deceptive advertising and operating practices!!! This company will tell you in no uncertain terms..."you should have read the fine print"...and will ignore the fact that their employee stated something completely different. ....and if you call to talk to them... They will insult you and ignore any further calls. OH BY THE WAY....there is NO $19.00 pest control service... Like their website and phone line refer to. You are told you're paying your $19.00 service...when in fact you're signing a year long service contract. NEW CUSTOMERS...YOU SHOULD READ THE FINE PRINT!!! Horrible horrible! I signed a contract in June of last year for one year. This month would have marked my one year. I chose to cancel and not continue because I moved into an apartment and no longer needed them. They charged me a $120 cancelation fee even though my contract was for a year and I had already been using and paying them for a year and it was up. I did not sign a new contract or anything. I was still charged a fee. I doubled checked on the phone call to make sure there was no cancellation fee. The women re assured me that I didn’t have one but yet they still charged me. Another incident I had was several months back I got charged for three service at once. I did not understand why because I have them on auto pay and they have my card info. They tried to tell me it’s because I didn’t get charged for three months. How was there billing department errors my fault? They should have been taking it out on the 11th of every month like I signed for on the contract. They really need to re train all their staff. It seems like no one knows what’s going on. I wouldn’t suggest going to them.

Excellent service... The technician was very professional & also understanding of a new rescue dog in our home. She nervously barked at him through the metal screen door as he serviced the exterior, and he spoke softly to her & reassured her that it was gonna be okay. I really appreciated that. Normally we get invaded with fire ants, at least twice a year... I have literally seen only one single ant, since they started servicing my home.

I am eternally grateful to Red Rock! Immediately upon signing a lease to move into a residence in the Mesas (lots of nearby construction!), two scorpions welcomed me to my new home. While some Las Vegans may consider them inevitable pests, I lived here 19 years before I ever had a single one show up in a home of mine and I could not imagine starting off life at a new place knowing this was a potential problem. The property management company contacted Red Rock to perform their scorpion exorcism that same evening - they do it after dark, flushing them out with their chemicals, and then killing/capturing all. I was assured I would not see any more live scorpions inside the house. When I found ONE a week later, they came back that same night and re-did the treatment. That was the sole scorpion that was found in the course of the treatment and I have not seen a single one, inside or out, in the month since. Shauna in the office is professional and courteous and the technician who came to the house was equally so. I highly recommend them and am going to use their service for my monthly treatments, as well.

Mckinzy was great. He listened attentively and addressed all my concerns regarding the scorpion problems. He treated all the areas of concerns that I mentioned during the initial greeting which meant that he was paying attention. Great attitude and polite. I told him that we are still having a pigeon problem and he said he would promptly report it to the office and that I should receive a follow-up call. Shortly after he left, I received a call to schedule an appointment for an inspector to address the pigeon problem as Mckinzy promised. He is awesome!

I just want to let you know if you're thinking about hiring this place to do your Pest Control service while they are good and they do spray or your house very well the people that they send out art for a nice we dealt with a guy named John he was terrible he did thinks that he wasn't supposed to do he was late their hours were from 12 to 2 that they were supposed to come out and they didn't come in until after that hours I don't know what more to say if you can't keep your hours then don't be in business let someone else do your job can get rid of this guy named John

Red Rock Pest Control is my first line of defense against scorpions. I love the confirmation a day ahead of treatment which is easy to reschedule if I need to. I highly recommend this company. Worst customer service false advertising they started charging me $70 on second appointment and when I cancelled the appointment and left messages for Justin not to spray my house he did and they sent me a bill. The receptionist was rude would not recommend this place plus still got scorpions after they sprayed.

Bugs Don't die - Ghost bills keep coming Horrible Service It used to be good years ago when it was the two guys. But now it's just Dustin. He got so greedy!! - he must be using a diluted chemical because the bugs are not dying! - the service supposed to be bi-monthly but they are sending monthly GHOST BILLS - the appointment supposed to be confirmed via email or phone call but now the service people just show up at your house - claiming they did your service and then they bill you FULL CHARGE without you ever confirming or approving the appointment. What if you want to opt out? What if you found someone else? What if you want to be at home? Nope! Oops, there is a bill right in your email. Did they even really come???!! - So I called them asking for a regular service at the pre-scheduled bi-monthly time of my home how it's always been, since day #1 and to credit me for this unexpected and unscheduled service, also I asked why they came without my approval? the customer service lady has put this on my account what they have accidentally forgot to remove from the customer's point of view: "JUST TO GET HER OFF THE PHONE I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING..." - No wonder employees leave after a month and they do have such a high turn over rate. Lately, Everytime I call, I get a different person on the phone. Different person at my house. - A few months ago I sent them an email about a huge cockroach showing up in my house just right after getting service done, No response. Being a woman, I am very scared of those things, so I sent an other email, no response, and another one, still no one responded. I even texted the owner, Dustin, no response. (He only responds if you say you will cancel your account.) It turned out that the nice cs lady is no longer there thats why no email was answered. So at next service time, I asked the guy, Rick (who I saw for the first time and seemed OK) what to do if something like that were to happen again and he kindly have me cell #... of course, he is no longer with the company either. - I know they can't protect me from the bugs. - I know I don't like many strange people in my house. - I know I've been getting unexplained GHOST BILLS. - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! !

Scam scam scammers. They probably use water to treat bedbugs. They are quick to get your $500 trust me they don't kill bedbugs. They are in a serious business to make money from people. They lied I have 1 year warranty at the start a two month later there was an outbreak again. I called them and they want more money . I believe it's a scam cartel to rip off people. It's just pathetic for a company like red rock Pest control to steal from consumers. Shame on you .

Honestly I will never use this company again! As a real estate agent you need a company that will stick to their time windows. I scheduled a termite inspection for one of my clients and they said they would be at the property between 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM it is 10:45 and they have yet to arrive. I get that sometimes things happen that that are out of your control but what really irritates me is that no one ever called me or let me know that they were running late.

We were having a terrible problem with insects (which included Roaches and other pests). So, we used Red Rock Pest Control to come over and help us get rid of the pests. The Red Rock tech., who first came out, was a man named Jeff. As it turned out, Jeff was extremely informative, and he went out of his way to make sure he covered all the areas where we thought were trouble spots. Plus, Jeff knew some techniques that proved to be very effective for our entire place. The end result was that the pests, which were practically intolerable before, became almost non-existant over the course of a few days, after Red Rock Pest Control did its work. Then, about a month later, Red Rock Pest came back over and sprayed again. By the company coming out on a backup call, and spraying once again, the two treatments, combined, proved to be enormously productive for the elimination of our terrible insect problem. I definitely recommend Red Rock Pest Control, and I look forward to ordeeig their services on an on-going basis in the future. THANK YOU RED ROCK PEST CONTROL!!
