I have known Jason, for years, back to when he managed Cats Eye Pest Control. Jason has worked across the United States, and now in Nevada, killing all kinds of nasty pests. Raptor’s work is prompt, efficient, and cost-effective. And they always get their pest! As a homeowner and landlord, I can most highly recommend Jason and Raptor for all residential and commercial pest removal and prevention. we called Raptor two weeks ago and set up a inspection fore Wednesday august 22, 2018 at 2pm we received a call from Raptor Wednesday around 11am saying they were very busy and won't be able to make our appointment so we rescheduled fore Thursday between 4 and 5 pm on Thursday they did not show up at all so Friday we got a message from Raptor to reschedule so we called Raptor and told them we are going with another pest control company the young lady told us the pest control guy was at our house between 4 and 5 on Thursday and we did not answer the door we told her we stayed home from 1pm until 10pm when we went to bed and nobody came to the door then we told her not to reschedule we are using someone else so today august 27, 2018 at 2:30 the Raptor guy showed up at our house my wife told him to go away when you set up an appointment you should honer that appointment we have a life too and did not need to sit around all evening waiting for you to show up that's bad customer service in my opinion

Just wanted to say if anyone needs Pest Control, I would Highly recommend "Raptor Pest Control". We have had a few issues and they were very prompt to come and see what they could do and the best way to handle it. Any questions we had they were glad to explain and how it would help/work. They were more than accommodating to work with us to what would take care of our issues and within our budget. They (all staff) were professional, great communication, for example they called us to let us know they were running 5-10 minutes behind, and courteous.
