Great service! Highly recommend. Was about to go with another company but they were willing to work with me... which was awesome because Preventative Pest Control is way superior to their competitors. They only need to come out every two months which is great to not have to deal with monthly visits (plus their product lasts that long). We had a bug issue a few weeks after our first spray and they came out the next day after I called. They are fast and friendly.... their product is great and they are very punctual and come at the beginning of their time window that they give (so far every time)... Highly recommended!!

We needed the inside treated as well. Although the inside didn't have intensity of the outside, I fear the pest came indoors when only the outside was treated.

Glenn did an awesome job of installing pigeon wire deterrent, cleaning roof/patio and spraying for pests under the new service contract I signed. He was professional, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things and answer all of my questions. I had met 2 reps from PPC who had a tarantula in a cage at a home show at the world expo center pavillions. Even when the service tech could not make his scheduled time, he called and explained the situation (it was a situation out of his control), apologized and asked to reschedule and then let me know the office would be calling. I am so glad I went with this company! I started out by searching for quotes to find the best price. What drew me in initially was the convenience of communicating with this company. You can chat with them through text and ask questions and get clear answers. Rather than how some places have you call and give you the roundabout answers. On top of that their prices actually ended up being the best option. I checked 3 other places and felt Preventive offered the best value for price. Then the convenience of the scheduling. They had next day availability. They were kind and easy to work with, when I had a work situation come up the day of and needed to reschedule, I was able to text them and they rescheduled me with no issues. Finally the service itself, first off the technician, the first thing I noticed about him was how he actually cared. Before even entering the home he had spotted cobwebs I’ve never even seen before and kindly removed them. He was thorough, asked questions, answered questions, and just made the experience very comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and professional. His work quality made me feel like it was totally worth going with this company. The product is pet friendly, odorless, and so far from what I’ve seen makes a huge difference! It’s nice to step outside and not have insects everywhere (especially during these summer months). I highly recommend this company! Thank you!

He sprayed the entire property inside and out. He did the attic dusting and maticulously ran the black light over the entire property to catch anything still moving around. I first met Greg as he was working on the house next door. He was pleasant and willing to help with all of our pest needs. He came to the house very friendly sprayed for pests, used pellets for ants, and set some sticky traps. The service call was friendly and he kept us well informed. I liked their payment plan of $50 per month or $65 for every other month.

We hate bugs! We have used Preventive over 7 years and they have been great! We rarely see any bugs, and if we do, they quickly come back for another treatment. They are always accommodating when we need to change our service date, and at anytime we would call, it’s always been a friendly voice. We have also used them for our pigeon problems and they took care of it quickly. Additionally, we just recently added their weed prevention service and are looking forward to the results.

Very satisfied. I feel the exterminator explained my gross fly problem really well to me. He knew what kind of fly they were immediately and knew what it was from. He fogged our garage and around our house and I saw my fly problem immediately disappear. I would definitely recommend them. Great service and great product. Had a bad scorpion infestation in my backyard, the spray they use is very effective in getting rid of scorpions. Anytime I find one, whether it be in the house or outside, they come out right away and spray again. Since I’ve started using Preventative Pest Control I very rarely find a scorpion. Before I used them I was spraying with a jug from Home Depot and was finding 10-20 scorpions a week in my backyard.
