Girlfriend and I kept waking up with bug bits all over our arms for a while and we finally called Charles and had him come out to confirm that we had bed bugs. He confirmed that we had them and we were able to schedule him to come back the next day to spray. He did an awesome job and we have not had a problem since he came. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.

We called this company because of the reviews. Charles Carmichael was able to schedule us on a Saturday within a few days of us calling him. He came on time and provided us with everything we needed. Charles was very friendly and really reasonable with his prices. We enjoyed visiting with him as well as being provided with the pest control we needed. He’ll be returning in a couple weeks to reevaluate. We’ll be having him come in the spring for his spraying program. We highly recommend him for pest control.
