Jackson came and sprayed for us today. He called when he was on his way. He was on time with a nice and professional attitude. The pest control spray that was used is natural. Any questions that I had he answered them. The sprays are safe for children and animals. Jackson moved rocks outside where he saw ant activity and put a little extra spray in the places indoors where we have a large amount of activity. I would definitely recommend this company to other's and also Jackson himself. The price was pretty fair also. Now we just wait and see over the next couple of days if the ant activity goes away and if not he said that all we have to do is call and he will be right back out to spray again for free!

Natura Pest Control has been keeping us pest free for more than 2 years. They take care of the outside, even knocking down wasp nests. With their service, pests are unable to use the yard for nesting which effectively keeps them out of the house. When Natura finishes outside, they always ask if we've had any pests in the house that need attention (we never have) and remind us to let them know if any pest problems occur inside or outside before the next scheduled visit & they will take care of it at no extra charge. It's a wonderful service & we love being pest free!

An appointment was scheduled within the same week. Tony was our Technician who sent me the confirmation of my appointment. He arrived on time. Just want to express my gratitude for how this company handled my service cancellation. I signed up for the monthly program the evening before with a sales person going door to door, even authorizing the $99 debit card payment that would be charged when the service was initiated. It was a snap decision that I regretted hours later, for various financial and personal reasons. I called and spoke to Anna the next morning, who immediately calmed my fears and assured me there was no problem cancelng the pending service. I was especially grateful for Anna's kind and courteous manner, which is a reflection of the company itself, and a credit to how it operates. I have needed to switch to a different pest control company for awhile now, and Natura will definitely be my first choice!

Your company came to my home a couple.of weeks ago to spray the exterior of the house. Within a couple.of sldays someone called in an attempt ensure that the interior was done as well. I was out if town at the time and called to reschedule after hour, over the weekend. I received a return call early Monday morning and you were able to schedule a treatment the very next day, which was today between 8:00 am and 11:00 am. I was not home when the serviceman arrived and instead of leaving he called my cell Nd waited 5 minutes for me to return home. The young man and his partner were both professional and very personable. I would absolutely recommend your company to anyone

After 6 months or so I kept on giving them the benefit of the doubt... After the service man turned off my sprinkler system without checking meet with me first and I didn't know he did this so my plants we're starting to die. The same service man broke my Bogota and some chimes that were my Mother's, she has passed so they were very sentimental. They did replace the Bogota. I kept on calling them (least 5 times) as they said that we are going to replace the chimes as well and they never did! Also they had to come back three times to get rid of spider webs. I do admit I had a bad spider problem but finally one of the owners had to come to see for himself and he agreed the spiderwebs should have not have been left as bad as they were even after the first time. So with my experience I'm going to have to give him a 2 star. And with all this hassle I can't discontinue my service because I signed a contract. But when it's up they're done!

Natura has been amazing! We had a really bad ant problem! They were everywhere in the kitchen, upstairs bathrooms along most of the windows downstairs and all over the backyard. After the first service the numbers dropped drastically and after they came and sprayed the second time we only noticed a small area in the backyard that had issues we called them and they came and sprayed again at no extra charge and we haven't had a problem with ants ever sense. Everyone I've communicated with on there team has been very kind, friendly, and understanding. I recommend them to anyone I know that has a pest issue.

My name is Bonnie Cornwall. (Brand was my former last name 15 years ago) Emerson Thompson called on us yesterday afternoon (Tuesday, the 13th of August). He was very professional, credible and likable. He told us about your company and we decided to sign up. He asked for our credit card, which we gave to set up paying. He returned my card. Then he told us we would receive our confirmation documents by email. They did not come that night. Emerson is so personable that we took his word for it and we expected the paperwork within a reasonable amount of time - a few hours maybe. At that point we didn't even have the name of your company. I started to worry when we had not received any documentation at all by this morning. So, finally at about 8:45 a.m., I called my credit card company and cancelled my card. I am not writing this to complain, because the service man, Allen Tatsey showed up about 9:15 this morning to handle the agreed work at about 9:00 this morning. Allen did a great job, and is also very personable. At that point, we realized that Emerson was on the level after all. But still we had no documents . Your company is fortunate to have a representative of Emerson's caliber. He is credible, personable, friendly, intelligent and knowledgable. Both he and Allen are very fine representatives of your company - actually more than excellent representatives. I am writing because you might want to at least be sure the client receives some tangible information while waiting for the emailed docs. Thank you.

Why zero star should be an option. Scheduling was easy, pricing was on the expensive side. If you want your house to smell so strongly of peppermint for several hours to the point where you cannot be in it, go right ahead. Want to cancel your account if you're moving? Enjoy an extortion attempt via their front office stating that if you don't leave a good review you will be charged, otherwise they'll wave the ETF. Do yourself the favor and go with another company, there's many others in town that may take a bit longer initially, but will not give you the same amount of headache.

Always very friendly and work with you with whatever your needs are! When we first moved into our home there were box elder bugs covering the whole exterior of our house, not anymore! Haven't seen any black widows since then as well. We even had an ant problem and they came in and fixed it without hassle or a charge as they guarantee their work. Would recommend them to anyone.
