Kevin Rast was very patient with me as I called him numerous times to get rid of pigeons. He installed a water spritzer that turns on and chases pigeons away. Then he installed discs on roof that keeps them off my roof. So far, there have been far less pigeons. Hoping they will be all gone soon. Cost was reasonable...$500 for both installations and 3 visits. I would give JS 5 stars!

He had a great attitude, he was efficient, he explained every part of the inspection to me while he was doing it, and even sent a picture of an insect to the office to find out what it was. I had a huge problem with ants and when I called they were able to come out within 2 hours same day! Within 24 hours the ants were significantly reduced as it takes a couple days to kill the entire ant colony. Thank you JS Pest Control!

We've have pest control services performed by JS Pest control for over 10 years and can't complain. We have spraying done around the house outside monthly and inside every couple of months which keeps all the creepy crawling bugs/critters out of the house. I will see dead bugs outside from time to time which tells me it all works.

Service is great! Easy to book, easy to contact. We have been pest free for the last few months since using them. We had a bbq and leftover food brought ants (our mistake)- our tech came out next morning to spray & had no issues afterwards. Routine checks are quick. Highly recommend!

I haven’t used their service, but I can tell you I never will and neither will my friends. This morning one of their vehicles was next to me on the highway. Well I don’t read minds and this fool wanted to get over in my lane and get off the highway. Well he just literally comes over at me, I’m honking my horn and he keeps coming making me go into the shoulder of the highway! Luckily enough I was ok but I was unable to get his truck number to report him to the police. No wonder these people have low reviews on yelp. Reviews here must be made by bots or family members because I can’t image a fool like that being let in my house let alone to drive down the street. I see this guy again I’m getting information to the police.

We have been customers for almost 8 years (monthly) and we absolutely love them. Their customer service has always been exceptional. We have had two different field techs and they have always been accommodating with scheduling and the extent of each visit (outside only or outside and inside). At one point we had a rat that had been getting into our attic. They came out at no additional cost and added traps and other devices. The problem was fixed within a few days. We have lived in two different houses in Summerlin in these past 8 years and I have never had a scorpion sighting in our yard. Enough said... I'm sure that there are probably other very good pest control companies in the valley, but I won't ever be looking for a new one.

Pretty good. Had them years ago for normal pesty bugs loved them. 15yrs later same area has scorpions. Not as effective as I was expecting. Plus I never get a monthly bill after asking multiple times. Scheduling can also be trying,but that all depends on the tech.

He was very good with his inspection as he went in all the rooms and around the residence and checked all the water connection appliances looking for wood damage. Probably one of the worst experiences I've had with a Pest control company. I called to get rates and at the end of the call I was told a technician was going to call and schedule an appointment with me. NEVER got a call. I waited 2 days and called back. The lady said they didn't know why they didn't call but would find out and call me back with a scheduled appointment. NEVER got a call back. Then the next day they just showed up at my house without notice when we were trying to leave for my son's doctor appointment. I let them in and got the clear for all termites in the house. I still have the copy that there was nothing. The guy didn't spray or set up an appointment or anything just did the inspection. The next day, they showed up again without notice and told my husband (who wasn't home the first time) and I was gone that he needed to spray for termites. They sprayed. I asked my husband if the stuff was ok for kids as my son has been in and out of the hospital and the guy told him that he didn't know!!!! So not only are you going to show up to my house twice without notice, but you are putting my already immune deficient child at risk because you don't know if its safe for kids. Then I got an email stating that they don't have my phone number on record and to call to update my records. So they now said they don't have a number to contact me so you just show up and start spraying without any consent? Worst company. I would not recommend them at all.
