Guaranteed Pest Solutions was exactly what we needed. They didn't oversell us for our bed bug problem and they genuinely cared about our situation. Some other companies that came out for an inspection wanted to charge us $1,500-$2,500 for treatment, but Joe actually took the time to find the root of the problem, and coordinate his treatment accordingly. They followed up several times and made sure to stay on top of things. Karen and Joe are both great at what they do and I highly recommend them.

I love that they offer to come out and do a visual bed bug inspection I believe it was $85.00 for piece of mind that we didn't have anymore hanging around. Great Service!!! Joe and Karen are the best! When Joe came to inspect my home and to give me pricing for the services I needed he was honest enough to tell me that he could refer me to another exterminator who could probably provide the service at a cheaper cost. How often do you run into people who are willing to look out for you in this way? Since Joe was so honest I selected to go with his service and I’m so happy I did. My pest problems were completely eliminated. Karen would follow up with me after every visit to see if there were any other problems and she provided A1 customer service every time we spoke. They are so helpful, kind, professional, honest and offered such good advice, even when we didn't end up using them for our Pest Control needs! We would have used them because they offer every type of means for bed bugs, truly the best company to use for it, however our problem was so extensive and time-sensitive that we had to go with tenting and fumigating!
