Fischer's makes pest control is painless. They make billing easy, they communicate effectively when someone is coming by the house for service and at least in our case, our technician Keshan Harris is fantastic. Very friendly, excellent service and always letting us know what he's doing.

Fischer's Pest Control provides excellent service! For the past 6 months I've been using another pest control service and while their service was okay, their prices and robotic personality was quickly losing it's charm. I looked around for another service and came across Fischer's Pest Control. I setup an appointment through their website and was quickly contacted by Jeff. He walked me through their services and was very kind, courteous and wasn't trying to push me to sign up or get rid of me because I had a lot of questions. Jeff informed me that there were some techs working in my area already and I could get my house sprayed today or they could accommodate me on another day. I set it up for the same day and they gave me a 1 hour window, which is a relief because most companies give you this huge 4-6 hour window and basically make you waste half of your day waiting on them. When the tech (James) came out to my house, he greeted me and explained the service he was going to perform. I had signed up for exterior and interior spray. James was very professional and walked me through what he was about to perform. He started on the outside of the house and fully sprayed every wall, corner, crevice, backyard and even my garage before coming inside the house. Before I could tell him to please cover up his shoes before walking on carpeted areas, he was already in the process of covering them up! As he sprayed the interior, he explained what types of bugs would be repelled and asked what types of bugs I've seen. I told him I've seen roaches, crickets and 1 scorpion. He assured me that the service being performed would help in building up the defense in my house to keep these nasty bugs away. After the service was finished, James informed that my invoice would be emailed to me. I hate having to deal with paper and having to file that somewhere, email is preferred and Fischer's Pest Control accommodated me! After James left, I received the invoice by email about 15 minutes later. I've already started recommending Fischer's Pest Control to my family and friends that live in Las Vegas and I recommend you give it a shot too! Friendly and professional technicians, great service and excellent prices that can't be beat!

From the beginning, I was provided with exceptional service. I called to inquire 2/21/18 and spoke with Mike. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Mike set us up with an appointment for 2/22/18 after determining our issue was German Cockroaches. Today was our initial service. Our tech, Corey was awesome! He did the work while also educating us. Business aside, felt like we were talking to an old friend when speaking with Corey. Very friendly guy. It's already working btw. *sigh of relief* Thanks guys!

So I switched from terminix to Fischer's because I kept having to have terminix come out EVERY month AND still had to buy baits and other sprays for the bugs.. when I switched I was furious that I kept having to leave out ant bait and spraying toxic chemicals in my home for spiders with 2 kids after paying such a well known company who I had been referred to.. when I called Fischer's the guy was SUPER nice, and told me I'll be taken care of. 100% happy with their service, they sprayed IN my home when i started with them I want to say maybe around a year ago or more and every other month they spray outside.. I have had ZERO problems with bugs and even missed a month cause of personal pregnancy problems.. everyone there that I have spoke to and met is professional and nice.. even if I don't need them to spray inside they come and knock on my door day is service to let me know they are here (terminix ALWAYS said they came but I NEVER saw them until I'd have them back for bug problem and have to follow them around for thrm to do their job) I 100% would refer anyone who hates bugs to this company you won't be sorry. Fischer's saved us big time! We were about to uncover the BBQ for a Saturday party and found it had become a hive home for thousands of bees. I called FPC and even though it was a last minute request on a SATURDAY they still promptly showed up to save the day. It didn't take long for them to remove the bees and save our BBQ. Best of all, they were affordable and didn't take advantage of us in our hour of need. Fischer's have since become my regular "go to" company for all things pest-control related. Highly Recommend.

Best pest control ever! We moved into a new house with a ton of fruit trees and when we moved in there were thousands of ants during the day. They came in put bait and sprayed we saw a vast decrease almost dgone but than after a week notice the ants coming back. I called and the next morning first thing they were here to spray again for FREE! I have not seen another bug since. I would never use anyone else.

Best customer service ive received since moving to Las Vegas. I freaked out when my new home was attacked by roaches, every shape, size and color! I was so tired of having to spray myself every other day. I called Jeff in a panic and he was super sweet and patient, he answered all my questions and assured me that roaches are a common problem here in Vegas. There was some pretty big bugs coming into my house and just one visit from Fisher's Pest Control, my bug problem was solved. They have good prices and excellence service. Three days ago, I woke up and found that I have a bed bug problem in my Condominium apartment. I investigated and found that bed bugs are coming in through the voids in all of the rooms of the apartment including the storage area outside by the hot water heater. This is beyond anything that I can do myself. I called some online distributors who sell pesticides to treat bed bugs to get information. I called several exterminating companies such as Orkin, Terminex, and Progressive, as well as some smaller companies to get information. Some companies promised to get rid of my problem in three months. All of the companies were sketchy on their treatment plans, and I know that bed bugs can live up to one year without food, and that there are bed bugs in the walls of my multi unit building. Thus I believed that you cannot guarantee to solve the problem in four months. I continued to investigated and called Fischer's Pest Control Company, and spoke to a Manager named Jeff. He concisely described my problem, and told me that he could guarantee to get rid of my bed bugs, and that it would take approximately 90 days to get them under control and that it could take up to a year to wipe them out. Fischer Pest Control offers coverage and a 1 year guarantee which means that they treat your house or apartment once per month for one year as part of their treatment plan and contract. Their pricing is actually competitive with companies that treat your home for only three months. Jeff reassured me that my bed bug problem can be solved and that I wouldn't lose most of my belongings and that I wouldn't have to move. In addition, they rotate products so that insects are less likely to become resistant to one product, and they ensure their client's safety, using the safest products possible. Jeff was very patient and spent some time with me on the phone to answer my questions and assure me that my problem could be solved. On Monday I am calling Fischer's to hire them to treat my apartment. I asked Jeff what do I do if I get other pests such as German roaches or spiders, and he assured me that if that comes up in the future, he would work with me to get rid of all future insect pest infestations. Finally, after one year, you have the option to continue to use Fischer's Pest Control to spray your property on a monthly or bi-monthly basis at a reasonable fee. I by far received the most comprehensive, and accurate information for dealing with my bed bug problem than the other Pest Control companies that I called, and Fischers is the company that I am going to use. I highly recommend anyone with a serious pest problem to contact Fischer's Pest Control and to speak to Jeff if possible about solving your pest problem.
