HOWEVER, I am a big believer in customer service. I must say that at first I was very upset about the customer service they displayed over a misunderstanding with my husband when he initially set up the service and was treated very rudely. Since their quality of work was excellent we decided to transfer over the service to another house of ours for the duration of the contract. Having a safe option was a must, since we have a bird and dogs. We contacted Enviro Safe when we had an ant infestation last summer. We tried everything ourselves but nothing worked until these guys came out. The ants were so bad they had to come treat a couple of times. But since then, nothing, except a slow moving spider on occasion. Aaron does an amazing job and is so kind and fun to chat with!! So happy we found this company, I highly recommend them! :)

Big fan of Enviro Safe Pest Control!!! We've lived all over the valley and Enviro Safe has been with us at every location. We've been with them so long, our first service was done by the owner!!! Currently, our tech is Eric and he's fantastic!!! I like that what Enviro Safe sprays last for a couple months. I also like that I don't usually have to be home for the service call, although it's nice to see Eric, but just spraying outside is enough to protect the inside of my home. Every area of town, though, has different issues. It's nice when an issue arises, Enviro Safe comes out, at no additional cost, to spray again. I've needed that after a big rain once. I have been a customer for 2 months and the most frustrating thing is this company NEVER answer the phone when you call them. You ALWAYS need to leave a message and they "will" (they won't unless you mentioned you want to become a new customer) return your call at their earliest opportunity. Then, after 5-10 voicemail messages, they return your call in 2-3 days just to say sorry because they're pretty busy to answer the phone or some staff was out for vacation or Crystal (the receptionist) was in a meeting and no one was there to cover for her. My technician is Andy and he's very professional and knowledgeable about his work, but I will cancel my agreement with Enviro Safe Pest Control after they "answer" or "return" my call "at THEIR earliest opportunity. I highly recommend you to STAY AWAY from this company due to the lack of respect for their customers by offering this terrible customer service when we call them. But if you still want to go ahead and sign up with them, the first thing that will come to your mind when you need to call them after your initial service will be this review.

They take care of EVERYTHING - so that we don't have to worry about any scheduling or payments dates. Its so easy. Since receiving their services we have never had any issues with any infestations of any kind and considering we have dogs that have the yard door open much of the day, that is no small fete! They even came out to assess an issue we were having with pigeons and made recommendations to solve the problem based around what we could afford. After researching online for a pest control company I chose to do business with Enviro Safe. I had a huge scorpion problem and they had pretty good reviews in general but scorpions were mentioned often. I've been doing business with them for over 1 year now and I am very pleased. Most of the scorpions I see outside are dead and I've only seen 2 in the house in the year we have been using Enviro Safe. (Opposed to going around nightly with a black light and frequently finding one or more - before using their service.) The time I did see the scorpions, I called Crystal and she sent Aaron out the next day to spray. Problem eliminated. Aaron and Crystal are always friendly and pleasant to interact with. They care about their customers and their service levels. I highly recommend Enviro Safe if you have a pest problem, especially scorpions.

It's been a carefree year for the most part. Not nearly as bad as when we first moved in and this was ant, cricket, wasp, and beetle central. There's definitely a "wear off" date that is just before the next scheduled appt. The crickets start coming in the house again. There are still ant colonies out front, but they don't come in the house, which is the main purpose of spraying. Kenny has been great!

They are the pest control company for my condos. They are suppose to spray the base of every building. I have to go out and spray myself because if I don't I get bugs. They are also responsible for common areas. The complex has a major cricket problem. I have both heard and seen a lot of them. In my opinion this company sucks. Response to company: I am in Pueblo at Santa Fe Condos. I have had this problem for over a year. When I last tried contacting my management company they said the pest control company was responsible for spraying the base of every building (I am down stairs) and the common areas. If I had a problem it was not their responsibility and I needed to spray or hire some one to spray. I had to go out last night to spray again. I sprayed a month and a half ago because of a beetle spider mix thing I had never seen before and thankfully have not seen since. Last night was due to a spider, 2 crickets, and 1 roach in 2 days time.

I returned home from Calfiornia to find a huge ball of bees in one of my trees in my backyard. I Googled "bee removal" and out of all of the businesses that appeared, Enviro Safe just felt like the right one to call. What an excellent choice--if I do say so myself. I called for service and Mike answered the phone--very friendly, courteous, and patched me through to Allen. Allen was very polite and asked very specific questions about the bees--where were they located, how high in the tree and so on. Allen gave me a great deal of information about the services Enviro Safe offers and he let me know he would be calling me back after he checked the schedule. Kurt called me back the same day and confirmed the inofrmation I gave Allen and then went on to explain all of the bee knowledge a girl could ever ask for. Kinda confused as to why they sprayed for ants, yet 2 weeks later I'm still be invaded by ant colonies. What's worse. Is I'm on a year contract. I feel like they just come and spray air, cause whatever product they use for ants doesn't work.

Stephen takes pride in what he does. Stephen has been our pest controller for over two years now. Enviro safe is what anyone would wish for in a pest control company! Timely, knowledgeable, professional, & informative. Stephen has a vast knowledge of those insects, particularly the ones indigenous for this desert climate. On the rare occasion I see a creepy crawler, I snap a picture of IT (yes, I don't let it escape). When Stephen comes by, I inquire and learn about the history of that creeper! He goes the extra mile to make sure that my problems were solved. He answered all my questions with great patience. Even those nasty flying rats aka pigeons- installed spikes, disinfected and cleaned everything. So, when he arrives at your home or business- go ahead and ask about those nasty creepy crawlers or flying rats. Once you start using Enviro Safe you will seldom see any of those!

Most of the people are rude the manager didn't even want to talk to me concerning his employees. I would NEVER recommend them they probably walk around your house spraying water. They could not get rid of my pest problems and my situation wasn't even bad. They are either very under-trained or just idiots I'm not sure which one but if you have a problem don't call them they'll waste your money and probably make it worse.
