We are not there all the time but he is wonderful and he comes every time he is scheduled and sprays everything and pulls down wasp nests and it's great. every time I leave him a note or talk to him he does extra stuff. I started with EcoGen in early June 2017. James arrived on time and was so courteous as he explained the products and sprayed outside my home. Shortly after EcoGen did the initial spray, and the summer sun loomed hot and heavy overhead, I noticed ants encroaching on my property. I did not raise alarms, as they had not yet encroached within the interior of my home. But once they began to sparsley crawl onto my office desk, I placed a call to EcoGen. They have a policy that allows me to call between treatments if I notice critters. So I called and they sent James back out the same day. He did a quick spray around my office and I thought nothing of it. The ants weren't crawling around and I thought the issue was resolved. I was wrong. Because we have a newly built home, we have foundation ants that have colonies never before dealt with by homeowners until myself. So when I noticed them in my bathroom and making their way into tiny crevices within my floors and walls, I called EcoGen again, and again they sent James. Poor James. He was still as kind as ever, and luckily because there were more than the sporadic ant here and there, he was able to diagnose the problem and switch up the solution. He even left a few bait traps so that if they moved again, we could guide the little devil's to their death. In my first month with EcoGen, James made three trips to our home, one initial, and two in-between services. July was our next service date. I got a text letting me know to expect the service, and the next day James showed up, still smiling and asking how the ant problem was going. Because of his last trip, the ants had mostly subsided, so James went to spray the outside. My husband saw some more ants and James came back in to add more bait and give us another movable bait trap. As of now, it appears the ants have successfully taken some bait back to the nest and assisted in their own demise. I'm giving EcoGen five stars because the staff is friendly as hell. When I called them irate, they were still kind and eager to help ease my frustration. I love that they will come between treatments, and they seem interested in diagnosing the problem to actually solve it, not just spray and charge. Also, in spite of the hell fury that is Las Vegas summer, James is thorough. He sprays the perimeter of my house and even looks around to see that he's getting into all the books and crannies of my backyard landscaping. If you need pet friendly bug killers, they are the service to go with, and for a first-year home buyer that's never had a pest control service before, the between treatments offering is really appealing and eases my mind that the investment is sound. Not to mention I no longer see roaches crawling across my concrete wall!

We had a bad scorpion problem. We only have about one or two every few months now. That’s a drastic change from the 20 a week we were seeing! And the black light thing didn’t work, it has to be a SUPER strong black light to work or to be really close, and who want to get close to those?!?! We like these guys! They only come every two months and if we think we might need them they are only a text message away, and they will even come out the next day!! Very polite, understanding of bug fears and they even use stuff that won’t harm our small zoo of animals. I highly recommend them for services they offer, products they use and the price is great!!!

I have tried other pest control services in the Las Vegas area but found that EcoGen is without a doubt the best out there. Customer service is second to none! I cannot beat the price with anyone else! I never have a follow-up problem because all the pests are gone after the spraying is done and I'm good till the following month without one bug or anything either inside or outside. If I ever need additional service because I do find a critter in my home or outside, this company will come out practically on a moment's notice at no charge to take care of the problem and spray my entire home for free. I urge everyone to give them a try even if they are happy with their own company. You will not be sorry. My service professional is out of this world awesome and very respectful and always takes time to answer any and all of my questions. I have monthly service on auto pay for only $25 and I know that can't be beat anywhere. If I request anything additional, or extra spraying somewhere, it is done immediately. My garage is also sprayed thoroughly and I have absolutely no Critters anywhere. I have been with this company a couple of years now and will never ever switch. Highly highly recommended!!

We recently moved into a rental behind the Las Vegas Wash where bugs and scorpions have been a serious problem, especially the scorpions...but ecogen came out right away when I explained i have babies in the home and how disturbed i was. After the first spray they advised if I saw them again they would come back out and spray again for free since scorpions can be resilient the first treatments. True to their word they came back out. Prices are decent and I can finally live at ease and feel safer with my kids in our home. Even better their treatments are safe for kids and pets. Totally worth it. Thank you ecogen! Soooo happy!

These folks are totally dedicated to resolving you pest problems. When we moved into our home about 4 years ago, we contacted them for an initial assessment they were right in it, and helped us with planning our service needs and schedule. Even set up traps to capture rats that we thought we had. No extra charge... but no rats either. The exterior treatment (barrier) they apply each month has prevented all inside pests. Most importantly, their technicians, Mike Clark in particular, are friendly, attentive, neat and professional. Top notch!

I have had EcoGen Pest Control for almost a year now. I live in a high scorpion area and was needing to change bug guys. We started quarterly spraying which cost about the same as we were paying for three months of individual sprays. The office staff is very friendly, always returning messages quickly. The technicians are also very polite, always willing to listen to concerns. They will come and spray in-between services if you see anything alive in your home. The office staff is good about it typically being same or next day depending when you call. I am happy with the service and the cut back of activity in my home.

I began using EcoGen a little over two years ago 4 the Scorpions and small little critters that were around my house. I haven't seen a scorpion in a very long time. They spray the inside of my house and I have not seen any insects. Every once in awhile I may see a straggler or two and we'll call Eco Jen and they promptly arrived and respray the inside of my house or the outside at no charge. Customer service is top-notch. Any concerns that I may have they are very quick to respond.

Mark has great customer service!
