It was a simple, quick process (at least for me) to have DELCON repair, replace, and extend the pigeon spikes previously installed 4 years ago. The tech was wonderful, recognized the problems, and cleaned up all the debris. The pigeons are now nesting at someone else’s property and no more poop at the front door! Thanks Delcon, you’ve made a customer for life!

Melissa and Galen were great! I called at about 8:30 am because I mistakenly ran over a dead pigeon in my driveway. I was very upset and Melissa told me they would send someone out the same day by 2:00 pm. An hour later Galen arrived and took care of the situation quickly and professionally, he even hosed down the driveway. He told me that ants had already gotten to the poor bird, so he put down ant bait so that I wouldn't have an ant problem. I will definitely call Delcon if I have any kind of pest problem again, I will also recommend them to family and friends!

This is by far the best pest control company I have ever used. They are efficient, thorough, amazingly priced, an easy to book appointments with. Brian has treated our home twice, and he is great! He's friendly and really easy to talk to.I have not seen a single bug since they've been treating our home. I would absolutely recommend them to others and will continue to use them myself!

This company has been so great for us. We have a serious scorpion problem and they suggested a monthly power spray. Since we started doing that we have had no more issues with them! The technicians are very thurough, I personally always request Jerry or Windell they always do such a great job & they both have outstanding customer service! The office staff is also awesome! They are always so nice and accommodating with my schedule and last minute changes & Michelle is always so helpful. Had a pigeon problem in my yard, Delcon was the first reputable search result that popped up. Laurie the receptionist helped me with getting a tech out to my house as soon as possible, she gave great service. Jerry (the tech) was over within the next hour, and helped me with resolving the horrendous issue that ensued in my backyard. Five stars for him! Great staff, great business. Would definitely recommend.

Out of 7 companies they are the only one that was willing to travel to us in Jean. There was a fee to drive out there but Lynnita (sp?) called a few other customers out our way and coordinated it so we could split the cost between us which is above and beyond customer service! I needed to have a termite inspection done on house. I called several companies and got several recordings. I called Delcon and in two rings a smiling voice named Melissa answered. I told her what I needed and she quoted me a price. She answered all my questions and set up my appointment giving me an hour window when her tech Jerry would be at my home. Jerry arrived 15 minutes early. He introduced himself and ran me thru the process. He did his inspection and gladly, no bugs. He was very professional, as was Melissa. I really appreciated the way I was treated. A service is one thing, customer service makes the difference. Thank you.

Have used their service for almost 4 years now! No issues with anything and they are always willing to come back out in between sprays of you need it! Love these guys -also everyone who has come to my house is very polite and describes every area they will be spraying prior to and asks if there are any problem areas that need more attention.
