Please do yourself a favor and don't use this company to order termite inspections. I can't speak for their other services, but I found the staff condescending and rude, and it is pretty tough to get someone on the phone. When you do get someone, they hang up on you when you call to get updates.This company doesn't appear to have its customers interests front of mind as they showed no haste in having a rushed order processed. After nearly a full day of waiting, I had to call them for them to tell me they hadn't even started to look at the order. Highly recommend Red Rock Pest as they have been able to make up for this company's insufficiency's.

Sooo I ordered a termite inspection through this company because of the reviews. Clearly these are a lie, and I really don't think the company exist. We have paid the money through PayPal for the service, yet have not recieved one phone call to schedule this service. I have been calling this company all day, as it shows they are still open and do not close till 5 pm. I have sent an email to the owner, yet no response. This is unacceptable. Especially considering the fact that the termite inspection fee has been paid for AND left our account. If I could give negative stars, I would. We've had to schedule with another company due to the short time we have to close on our home. I'm not sure how anyone is saying this is a great company. They are not

When we bought our place they did the VA appraisal for us. Since our realtor recommended them for that when we started having ants and other bugs around the yard I called them. Andrew was pleasant and we even had a bug that he said in all the years he has been spraying in the valley he has never seen. He took care of the two burrows from these two bug. No allergy problems from the fumes, pet safe and fast response. Love them
