I gave them a one star only because you HAVE to purchase a one-year agreement with them. This means, at a minimum, you would be billed for their services every 3 months whether they come spray your home or not. As a single mom, the revolving cost is something I can't commit to right now in my budget.

very unprofessional customer service, after my one-year agreement with them ended they charged me again without my permission, I have called 3 times and send them an email to confirm cancelation. After they billed me for next 3 month term they still supposed to perform service for next 3 months but they refuse to do that.

These guys are always prompt and they deal with whatever problem I have, even if it takes multiple tries. They are very cost effective. We always have problems with ants and box elder bugs and they get rid of them not matter the time of year. We never wait to get attention!

NOT recommend clark pest control service. very aggressive and force you to sign the contract for every 3 month service for 1 yr. mandatory every 3 mo. continuing service regardless of bug or no bug presence in the house.

I would not recommend this business. They scheduled my appt 1 week out, and because i did not set up my prepayment they cancel my appt . My business was closed for over a week loss income, and valuable time.
