This companies service for uniforms is a joke, I have now been waiting a month for uniforms. The gal that does our route could care less about it and didn't even bother to say anything, until I asked what is going on.

My experience with Cintas was terrible! From day 1 Adam the sales rep was very cocky and did nothing to assure what he said would later happen. All the follow up had to happen from my end, and when I did follow up it was an inconvinience and made me feel like it was information I should’ve known. I recommend going anywhere else.

Worst company I've ever dealth with professionally. A rep comes to your business, signs you up for their service but neglects to state that there is a contract for their services which you are then agreeing to. Not only that they charge excessive amounts of money for their services and product, then half the time the route driver will invoice for product that the drivers fail to deliver or provide... "here's the invoice for todays services, just sign here and I'll go get 'X product' and then we're finished today" Then they simply drive off without delivering all product promised and invoiced for. Sometimes you may be able to get ahold of someone at the main office (usually you must leave a voicemail which will not be returned) and have the charges removed or the product delivered later, but this is rare. Further, if you complain about their terrible service and exorbitant prices and state you wish to cancel your services they're quick to remind that their services are under contract and to cancel you must pay out the service fees for the remainder of the contract period(usually thousands of dollars!), or keep receiving their service until the contract expires, despite their shady actions and terrible service.

Horrible company!! I wish I could leave negative stars, they don’t deserve 1 star. By far the worst company I’ve dealt with. Danny (One of the Drivers) is about as arrogant and rude as they come. He would get mouthy with me, my employees each time he was there. Honestly, that didn’t happen much because he rarely showed up! We ended up washing our aprons and towels ourselves. Our sales guy was decent, but service after the sale is just flat out worst of the worst. Do yourself a favor and go with another company! I don’t know they stay in business!!

I would give cintas zero stars but Google won't let me. By far the worst uniform company I have ever dealt with. Wrong uniforms have been delivered, name tags took months to get put on, and the sales rep is horrible. The rep usually has his Bluetooth on arguing with someone on the phone. The "manager" came by with a questionnaire and promised to bring back tags to write up our uniform issues and a binder to write damages down as well, that was two weeks ago. We have a giant corporate account but that doesn't matter to these guys.

My business tried to set up services with Cintas and was in contact with Adam Lapidus. We had been working on getting the account set up for months. Adam was not following through with many of the things he agreed to. He missed sizing appointments, he wasn't keeping us apprised of snags on his end. We only got updated information when we initiated contact. When we expressed to him that the lack of information had been frustrating, he responded by saying that the lack of communication was our fault and that we should part ways. So needless to say we are not with Cintas despite trying to be.
