I called them and booked an appointment for a Wednesday the next week. They called me on the next Tuesday (the day before I was supposed to get service) to tell me they would be there the following week (6 days later than expected). I had contractors lined up waiting on them to clear some spiders and had to reschedule everything. I let them know what my problems were, but they could only offer apologies. Make sure you get appointment confirmation in writing if you need to depend on them.

Love this company! I have been going to them for years, for all my pest control needs! The staff is very friendly, and so are the prices! I highly recommend them to all my friends and family. I have a huge fear of ants and spiders, but since CAD has came to my home, i havent screamed once over those creepy crawlers! If you want it done right, CAD is where its at!

They've been doing our residence for years. Chris is awesome. Always calls when he's on his way, and always arives on time. Whenever I have questions he has knowledgeable answers. Thier prices are very reasonable too Wouldn't call anyone else.

Honestly I will not recommended this company. I had them spray my house exterior for ants and the problem got worse. The ants got worse and after looking up the product info they used, really not an effective solution for long term mitigation and I had it sprayed only a week ago. There were new nests of ants right outside my house and the problem intensified. If I pay for a service, I’d hope it gets done right the first time. Used the company I did last year and am confident, just like last year, my problem will be resolved. The money I spent with CAD is a loss.

I've had an issue with elm seed bugs and black widows. I called CAD and they were out within days, and after about a week, no bugs at all! Their technician was friendly and very knowledgable and their office staff is efficient and super accommodating!
