An update to my previous review of Anderson Pest Control LLC. After finally getting a call from the business owner, Mr. Nate Anderson, we were able to discuss the situation and resolve the issue. Although he said they seldom ever make refunds, he did apologize for the difficulties we had in this situation and relented to refunding the charges made for the bee remediation service. He even went so far as to personally deliver the check to me at my home. I think it takes a big person to admit your company has made a mistake and step up to the plate the way Nate did and I give him Kudos for it. As I previously said, they have taken care of our typical pest control issues for the past three years, and after Mr. Anderson personally handled our issue, we may give them another go. Thanks Nate.

We previously used a different pest control company but continued to have issues. It wasn't uncommon to find cockroaches or ants throughout the yard and house. Our tech from that company always told us that it was just the "nature of our house." After a few years, we decided to finally try and different company and went with Anderson Pest Control (referred by a family friend). They have been awesome and we have had significantly less issues. My tech is awesome and we haven't had any issues with billing (as mentioned on other posts).

I love how Anderson Pest Control power sprays the entire outside and them gently spray with a hand held sprayer the base boards in the house. I don’t have bugs after a few barriers/treatments. Also in the agreement if you ever need any help between services they will come out for free.

I scheduled for service on Thursday (the first time) they do a no call no show THEY LEAVE ME A BILL! For the "SERVICE" on Monday saying they sprayed on Monday when i was on vacation at the time. They sprayed the driveway; I do not live on my driveway! or care about the bugs there so I call and reschedule a re spray they do the same no call no show I even call the a few times the dispatcher she said that he would give me a call, I got one at 4PM while I was at work he said over the phone that he was now ready to spray and I had his scheduled at 9AM what kind of scheduling conflict would have made this guy 7hr late what kind of window to do their job do they think they have I mean if there are too many jobs in one day DONT SCEDULE A CUSTMOR FOR THAT DAY. This has happened more than I care to say... Bottom line if you want to spend all your time waiting on some guy that might show up call this... place NOT if you want regular on time pest control.

Amazing company. They have been our 'bug guys' for the past year and we have never had a problem. My household is set up for them to come out every other month and they call the day before to remind me. What's great is that if there is no need for them, when they call I can just ask to be skipped this round - with no charge needed. The staff is friendly, the gentleman that comes out is nice, professional, quick and efficient. I have never had an issue with the company, nor with any pest since they have been coming out! I recommend them to everyone - even my company uses them!

Anderson Pest Control has been providing excellent service to keep our home bug-free for over 10 years. They have even done prompt extra treatments for scorpions and rats at no additional charge when we had had issues with those in our yard! Very friendly and competent staff.

~~~~WARNING~~~~ I canceled the contract with them in writing within the first 30 days as I scheduled for service on Thursday (the first time) they do a no call no show THEY LEFT ME A BILL! For the "SERVICE" on Monday saying they sprayed on that date... They claim they came to the house for 3 additional service calls, yet left no information.... THEN turned the account over to a collection company, because their contract say YOU CANNOT CANCEL until 30 days AFTER THE FIRST YEAR OF SERVICE....$375 for nothing.....
