Asked them and a couple other places for an estimate to get rid of a bat in my attic. Someone stopped by and shortly after that I received a quote in the mail. I decided to take care of the problem myself (found and sealed the area where it was coming in/out of). A few months later they called saying I owe them for the estimate?? None of the other companies charged for an estimate, and this one never mentioned it when I called them originally.

I called PS365 because I was hearing scratching noises from an unknown pest in our ceiling/exterior wall. Other companies were going to charge over $190 just for an inspection with a four-day wait; PS365 quoted a $25 appraisal fee and sent someone out the next afternoon. When Bob arrived, he was very thorough. He went into the attic to try to locate the source of the pest, and even went so far as to inspect the roof, during which he found a raccoon's entry hole in our chimney and gave me some great advice on what to do next. He didn't try to up-sell me on any traps or push any extra services. Long story short I was able to patch everything up and prevent the raccoons from returning, and our problem is fixed for less than $30. My only complaint is that I asked to receive a phone call before the technician arrived but didn't get one... but otherwise very impressed, and I'd use them again.

Patrick did a very thorough job when getting rid of our ants. He was knowledgeable and patient with our questions and gave us additional tips to prevent future pests!

Every person that I have came into contact with from this company has been very nice and helpful. With that being said, if people being on time is important to you, they have been late 4 out of the 5 times they have come in. Sometimes 30 minutes, sometimes hours. I also had a day where they didn’t show up at all without a call. I understand being busy but communication should definitely be worked on. Other than the time issue they are very nice and get the job done well.
