I called Pal Pest based on reviews in Angie's List. I liked that it was a local business. My carpenter ant problem needed to be looked at that day due to re-roofing taking place. Louie came out after 7:00 PM and sprayed for the the nest. He came back two days later and sprayed the ant lines leading to the nest. He totally fixed the problem. Have not seen an ant since then. He even had a job after mine that same night. He is knowledgable and dedicated.

They were very prompt and professional. In 2 days they had caught a massive pregnant Opossum and a huge racoon. The raccoon had been up on my roof tearing off roof tiles and the support boards. They brought in their contractor to fix the boards and keep critters out until I could get my roofers to fix things. In all a very good experience.

Louie is a class act. I moved to Lincoln, bought a house and found rats and roaches. Within 6 hours, Louie was at my home, walking me through step by step of why he was suggesting the work he did. I was able to understand what he was doing and not just have to take his word on it. After two days we caught several mice and haven't seen roaches since! You can tell Louie truly cares about his customers and will go above and beyond to get their satisfaction. Awesome prices with discounted follow up services. I had him come to spray for some roaches and they were gone after the first spray. He did not try to push a second servicing, only if I thought I needed it. I elected to get a second spray, he came out and didn't charge me because he thought I probably didn't need it. Also gave my house a full inspection warning me about potential rodent entry points and how to fix them myself. Really classy guy. Honest, wholesome family run business.

We had noticed signs of rodent infestation in our basement pantry; dead mice and lots of feces. We have tried several home remedies but nothing worked and they kept coming back. I contacted Mr. Otero at Pal Pest for an assessment. He mentioned that it appeared to be mice and that it would be necessary to setup snaps in the pantry and also bait my homes exterior foundation; several mice were eradicated and we have not seen any further signs of mice in our pantry in over 1-month. I had called a couple places to get rid of a bee problem I had at the back of my house and both had a minimum charge of 150.00 and neither were friendly at all. I saw Pal Pest on CL and spoke with Louie who was very friendly and he said he would need to come out and see it but probably wouldn't be as much as the other places had quoted me and would't charge me anything to give me an estimate. He came out the next morning and took care of the bees (they had nested in the back of my house and were so bad my son couldn't play in the backyard) and also, without me even having to ask, found 2 large hornet type nests on either side of my house and both were active. He was extremely friendly, professional and very thorough. He charged me substantially less than the other places I called. Great service!

Best experience! Louie is wonderful. After my initial phone call, he stopped by my house to check it out after I’d found a dead cockroach in the basement. Instead of charging me, he suggested I buy traps since it was seemingly only a single case. That night my husband found two more and I immediately called Louie; he came within a few days (unfortunately for me it landed over a holiday weekend, otherwise I’m sure he would have made time immediately). His prices are unbeatable and he is immensely thorough and informational. I’ll never use another service!

Louie demonstrated extensive knowledge of bed bugs and rodents and explained his methods and pricing when compared to other top competitors. Louie was extremely flexible with scheduling as my roommates and I all work and go to school. After the initial cleaning we found that no one had any more bites and the follow ups took care of any potential egg hatch lings, but also gave us peace of mind. I then was told by Louie that if the problem were to ever occur again after the 30 day guarantee, he would go through the entire process again from start to finish at half the price, which is about a fourth of what competitors are charging. If Pal Pest is in your area and you need to get rid of a bed bug or rodent problem I strongly suggest you save time, money, and hassle and go with them.

I had a bat get in the house late one night after leaving a window open. I chased it around all night and could not catch it. After calling both animal control and another pest control service and being told they couldn't help me because there was no way to find it until it got dark out again a customer of mine recommended Pal Pest Management. I cannot say enough good things about Pal Pest. I had raccoons in my attic and I found him by using Angie's List. Louie went above and beyond the contract that I signed with him. He was not going to give up on catching the culprits. He even came in the middle of the night to see where they were coming in. Once he found out where they were coming into the attic, he worked with my neighbors to fix the problem. He even came and cut down some tree branches from the neighbors tree that needed to be trimmed so the raccoons could not access my roof . He is very conscientious and wonderful to work with. He gives excellent service and makes sure the job is taken care of and his price is very reasonable for the GREAT service he gave me. There aren't many people that work as hard as he does and gives the kind of service I experienced.

I searched google and talked to a few companies and Pal Pest was by far the cheapest. Louie was always polite, progressional and efficient. The house has been sealed up with no recurrences. I highly recommend this company.

Louie is a great guy, and provides excellent service for the best price. Every time he comes out for my quarterly spray we end up just talking for almost an hour as he goes through the house. After the first spray, I've never seen a single bug or rodent in the house. He does the job right, and even gives reccomendations on how you can best prevent any issues from arising. If anything should happen however, I can just give him a call, and he'll come out and take care of it as soon as possible, no problem since its covered under my plan. I always reccomend choosing a small business for household tasks, and Louie at Pal Pest is a perfect example as to why. Great guy who gets to know you, he does the job right, and his prices are the lowest.

We had Luis come out back in the summer because we had a horrible ant problem. We went through Orkin first, and no matter how many times the guy came out to "reapply", we still had a massive issue. Luis applied the ant spray ONCE, but still came out a couple more times to make sure everything was working properly and that we were satisfied! Pal Pest is very punctual, customer-oriented, and a professional. It is now the end of October and we still have not had a single problem with ants since he first sprayed!!
