They sent someone out to help us out with a suspected infestation. He was professional, on time and answered the numerous questions I had. In the end, there was no infestation and he gave us some pointers and didn't try and push anything on us. The estimate was free and if I ever need anything Pest related again these are the folks I'm going with.

My daughter heard carpenter ants in her wall having a party (and saw some in the house). She called a competitor who after a cursory inspection packed up his little kit (and brain to match), and declared all was well. I then called Lien for a second opinion, who came out within four hours. And within ten minutes of their arrival they discovered a serious problem. Fifteen minutes into their inspection my daughter called me to tell me how impressed she was "and loved the two guys" (one was interning I believe) performing the inspection and treatment. Needless to say we know to whom we will refer family and friends. And no, we're not related!!

I have now been doing business with Lien for many years and I have never been disappointed with their service or their personnel. They are wonderful and I find their prices extremely reasonable and the results of their products perfect. I have a 100+ year old farm house with a basement I prefer not to go into and their brave young men tackle that thing for me without blinking an eye. I also live in the country and the mouse problem these past few years has gotten worse and worse as well as the moles and they have worked with me to virtually eliminate my difficulties with those pests over this past few months. The difference is remarkable. I highly recommend them, not just for their professionalism and excellent odor free products, but because they are kind, thoughtful, friendly and so responsive. I feel a great deal of trust in this company.

Technician came out for a free inspection looked around a little and said no termites. Then my wife showed him these ants with wings that we found in basement and he said "just ants call us back when you have a real problem"! Then said "gonna have to tell my kids to eat bread and butter sandwiches we were banking on you having a termite problem"! Overall not impressed with the customer service! Never offered any services.

sitting here waiting for my appointment and its now 30 minutes past and the guy is just sitting outside in his truck. i have to go to work now late. thanks for messing up my day. they could have just scheduled it at the correct times so i can ajust my schedule. customers beware the appointment time is not accurate.

This is the first yeat we have used Lien and just had them out for a second treatment. The people at Lien are fantastic. The guy who comes out is very friendly, professional and really listens to your concerns, etc, They called to tell me they where coming out to do the second treatment on the outside only. I called and said I have a locked gate because of my dogs, they where very accommodating and actually set a time they would be out so I could make sure the gate was unlocked and to make sure my dogs were not outside. We have had no problems with any bugs.....unlike a nation wide company we used before....with the first letter of T.

Lien had treated our house for termites 8 years ago as there was some homes in the area that termites had invaded. Included in the price was a free inspection every fall. During the 2012 inspection I mentioned our mouse problem and asked if Lien could help us. The Pest Expert was out the next morning and within 2 weeks the problem was solved with the gourmet candy the mice loved. He not only gave us constructive advice about protecting our house, he did a complete inspection, inside and out and pointed out some critical areas we needed to improve. He educated us on the mouse epidemic due to the drought and the species of mice we had. Very impressive experience and the cost was extremely reasonable. So if you have a problem I encourage you to contact Lien. Privately owned and been in business in Omaha for many years.
