Had major problems with beetles, millipedes, spiders, and ladybugs basically taking over the basement (finding new ones every day), plus hornets under the deck. Got set up with Echo and they were out within a week to take care of all of it. The service is quick and professional. The put glue traps around the garage and basement, and sprayed around the perimeter. Haven't seen anything in the basement since.

We have had a bug service since we moved into our house with a wooded lot since 2003. We have had trouble with mice and voles until we hired ECHO pest control. Since then, no more mice and if/when voles have returned, they came out free of charge! Since they have released new chemicals, Echo uses them and that has eliminated our vole problems. Kind, respectful people. Friendly, take shoes off without being asked, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them!

Pest control is simple. They treat what you need them to treat, come 4 times a year and follow up if needed. Done and done. In that regard, Echo is great. They are "as-advertised." Communication is another story. There are terms to contracts. I completely understand that. But when a customer feels they've fulfilled their contract, and been told by an employee that there is nothing else they need to do to either continue or discontinue service..that should be the end of it. Not a bill next quarter for services that won't be rendered. Any company that has zero gray area for cases where "he said, she said" is at play is not a company I will continue to do business with. Especially in a world where there are may others to choose from. It's not ok to admit there was miscommunication between your company and a customer, and still hold the customer accountable. Sometimes the customer is actually right.

Staff that is answering phone calls are not professional what so ever, they are not even polite when the speak with you. I have been with them for couple years and when I realized they are not doing a great job, I called to stop my service and the lady on the phone was very rude. She said I have to do/pay for one more service before I can cancel based on my contract that was actually expired a year ago. I told her I don't want any of their technician step into my house and she still sent them. There are several other companies who can do better and would love to earn my business. My recommendation is to stay away from Echo Pest Control

Sprayed my window sills and floor for ants, left a horrible residue and stain that took hours to clean up and I had to retouch the paint on my windowsills. Offered a $20.00 credit for my time. Also just knock down the wasps and hornets nests and leave them all over for us to clean up. I believe I can get a broom and knock down my hornets nests!

We continue to call echo for service for pest control spring and fall. They spray inside and outside the home. They are prompt arriving at the house and always let me know when they leave or if they see a problem. We have issues with yellow jackets nests. They spray and clear away the nests. We also call when we start to see spiders. They remove the webs as well.

My wife and I first contacted Echo last year for a single treatment for spiders and centipedes (which they successfully eliminated). During that visit we mentioned that we had a problem with tiny flies that had infested some of our potted indoor plants. The (very friendly) technician set up traps next to the plants to help catch them and sprayed a product down our kitchen sink drain to prevent them from breeding in there as well. We were so happy with their service during that single visit in 2017 that we decided to sign up for an annual contract this year. The gentlemen arrived on time for our appointment. One of them was a trainee, and we were impressed with instruction and feedback he was given by his trainer. They were both VERY courteous and immediately took off their shoes upon entering the house. They appeared to be very thorough while spraying and setting up glue traps inside the house and garage, and addressed the spots on the outside of the house where we spotted ant colonies. A great experience and I highly recommend them!
