First off he charges a $125 "inspection fee" which should have been a dead giveaway that all he wanted to do was take my money. Second, he wasn't very professional or thorough during the inspection. He basically walked around the outside of the house quick and pointed to a few points where the roof and siding met and said that's where they're getting in. We had to ask him to come look inside for actual evidence of bats. I would assume someone would want to verify there is a bat population before getting rid of them. I started to wonder about the legitimacy of this guy about then. Next he wanted to know where I worked, my guess is to verify that we weren't law enforement and possibly to decide how much to charge. Once I told him he gave me an option to do this "under the table." It would cost us less and he'd be available sooner if we did. At this point it was obvious he wasn't dealing straight. I don't like the government much myself either, but taxes exist for a reason. Anyway, we decided to get a second quote form Orkin. They didn't charge us for the inspection and they wanted less than 1/3 as much money to do the same thing! I usually prefer to give my business to smaller companies but this one is a good example of why they're becoming extinct.

Tony from Critter's Wildlife Management just came by to remove a bat from our house. He was amazing, very knowledgable about bats and understanding of their role in the ecosystem but also incredibly good at getting them out and keeping them out of homes. He was gentle with the bat too, which made me happy - even though I don't want it in my house (ewww!!), I really appreciate all the bug eating that bats do. So live on little bat (outside my house that is)! Thanks Tony! We'll be calling you soon to do a full bat-proofing of our home.

I can't say "Thanks" enough to Tony with Critter's Wildlife Management. We had a problem with Bats and Tony was able to fix the problem. Tony's knowledge and experience were obvious as we talked to him. If you have a problem with Bats give Tony a call. He will help!

Tony is the (bat)MAN! After not receiving a call back from the supposedly 24 hour Bats to Rats, I called Critter's Wildlife Management. I am now grateful that Bats to Rats did not call back because it provided me the opportunity to meet and work with Tony. He calls when he says he'll call, shows up when he says he'll show up, and makes sure that you understand everything, whether it's the problem, the solution, or even the biology of your unwelcome critter. Thanks for your patience and professionalism, Tony!

I called around to get estimates for my rodent issue. Tony came out to evaluate my problem. All he did was tell me how much is would be, could not stop cussing, and couldn't stop bragging about himself about how good of a job he does and well known he is in town. This guy is a complete joke!!! Don't waste your time and money with these people.

Tony with Critters Wildlife Management got a crazed call about some kind of critter that was crawling in my walls. He remained calm, while I didn't, but eventually convinced me it would all be okay. He came to investigate and found squirrels running around my walls. He made sure they were removed safely and then sealed up where they were getting into my house. I highly recommend Tony if you are having any issues with any kind of critters in your house! He was very professional and easy to work with. Thanks Tony!!

Tony did a great job sealing our home so there was no re entry of bats. Very nice and easy to work with. He came out way sooner than expected and the price was cheaper than others in the area. Great business and great service! He knew what he was doing.
