During the prep process, he was very accessible and patient while answering our many questions in a very timely manner. Dealing with bedbugs is an extremely disruptive and annoying problem. I tried treating them myself once i discovered them using sprays, steam, mattress bags etc I could not get rid of them so i turned to the professionals. Kaleb did a great job describing the process and provided me text updates through the day. There is alot of preparation to get ready for treatment but it became an opportunity to thoroughly clean house and get rid of clutter. I highly recommend this company.

I had Bryant and his company out to my 3500 sq-foot house to treat a week and a half ago after having a different company come and do a partial treatment. I couldn’t have been more impressed with Bryant and his quality of work. I used another company because they were cheaper but I wish I hadn’t. Their preparation takes awhile but in the end it’s totally worth it. He told me he doesn’t recommend partial treatments to anyone because of their ineffectiveness but if that’s what they want he will do it. I highly recommend Bryant to anyone who gets Bed Bugs! Spend the money do it once! You won’t regret it!

My family unfortunately brought home bed bugs from Great Wolf in Kansas City, found while unpacking. Bryant worked us in just 2 days after we called so our few bed bugs didn't turn into hundreds before we got treated. He was helpful, discreet, answered multiple question filled phone calls about prep and was respectful throughout our time working with him. But most importantly, we officially got the "all clear" from a bed bug k9, so we couldnt be happier with our completed service from him!

I had my 3 units building treated yesterday, the work was sort of acceptable,they removed the blinds and the back door to come in with their equipment, but they forgot to place the blinds back and the door back therefore that units was left without a door all night since the tenants came back this morning and were yelling at me, i called Bed Bug Heat Treatment of Nebraska to report the issue and ask if they can return and put the door back and the blinds, their answer was NO because they were too busy and just would not make the trip just to do that !!!! when I asked if they can just stop by and at least put the back door, he said NO, even told "they were doing me a favor by removing the blinds" i was very disappointed with his answer and i just hung up. They lost a client . unbelievable. !!!!

We were sold a mattress that ended up being filled with bed bugs. A stressful thing to discover around the holidays. Torrey helped assure us and answered all our questions. He gave thorough and clear direction. It's a lot of work to put your home back together after all this, but the treatment is worth it. No problems since. This isn't a cheap process, though they are fair in their pricing, but I'm glad we didn't waste our time or money on anything else because I don't think we would have got the same results.
