Fantastic experience with these guys. I'm on an every-other-month spray plan with them for just general stuff for our home (ants, spiders, etc.). Since we've had them coming out, I don't recall seeing a single bug in the house, and far fewer outside as well. Scott is the tech dude who comes out to spray for us every time, and he's awesome. Great at his job, accommodating of our pets, friendly. Couldn't ask for a better dude. And then the lady who makes the phone calls to schedule the appointments (unfortunately I do not know her name, I apologize) is probably the cheeriest, friendliest person I talk to. Always a joy when she gives me a call. I've used other pest control services and they were either cheaper and didn't work, or were way more expensive (we're talking like 10x more). Aksarben Pest Control is perfect, we'll be longtime customers for sure.

If I could leave zero starts I would. Do NOT go with Aksarben Pest Control- they came out and charged us $300 6 weeks ago and Thanksgiving weekend we discovered a mouse nest in part of the house they said was fine. And when we called to tell them about it they act like they don't care and that it is no big deal. Then they have the audacity to say they will charge us for a return visit when it was their mistake to begin with! Exceptionally unprofessional- I have never dealt with anything like this before. I am trying to figure out where to issue a complaint to next- BBB. Seriously folks, stay away from this terrible company.

Friendly staff and field agents are very prompt to remove to trapped animals. They give you tips and things to watch for. Even when I called to tell them the the traps bait was empty they would come fast and re set the traps. The fild agent accessed the tracks of the animal and brought a larger cage and finally trapped the largest raccoon I've ever seen. It was larger then a small dog. Amazing skilled field agents. I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with Aksarben Pest Control. Shortly after moving into our home, we noticed a sugar ant problem in the kitchen and bathroom. After spending hundreds at home improvement stores on various pest control products, I broke down and called Aksarben Pest Control. When Kalynna answered the phone, her bubbly and outgoing smile could be felt through the call as she set up our appointment with Scott. Aksarben Pest Control comes to my property every other month to spray for pests. I haven't had a single sugar ant in my house since Scott started coming out. Scott has been fantastic to work with. He is always prompt and an absolute pleasure. He is someone I can relate with as he has young children at home as well and enjoys fishing and the outdoors. I trust Scott when he's in my home and believe he holds the highest sense of honesty and integrity. The prices are reasonable and Kalynna always ensures my follow-ups are scheduled at my convenience. It is refreshing businesses like Aksarben Pest Control are still around that provide the right service at the right price with the right people.

Scott has been keeping pests away for us in different properties and locations for years now. We signed up for the quarterly spraying and have not had any bugs at any of our locations. He even takes care of hornet nests and spider webs outside. The office staff is also friendly and reliable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Aksarben Pest Control has been keeping my home free of insects and critters for two years now. When I moved to Bellevue from Lincoln in 2015 I discovered a significant group of garter snakes in my yard the following Spring. Aksarben came right out and eased my paranoia. I have been with them since. Whenever I call, I speak with Kaycanna, who goes above and beyond to see that my needs are met. With Scott doing the service and Kaycanna taking care of getting Scott here I couldn't be happier. Great company with great people making for a great experience.

Don’t bother paying $75 for an inspection if you have a bat issue. Essentially, you are paying for someone to stick their head in the attic and confirm that you have a bat (which you already know!), then tell you how much they will charge you to take care of it. There was no ‘inspection’ of the attic beyond sticking his head up there and no inspection of the roof for areas they might be getting in beyond pointing out places that the bats might be getting in. They can’t be sure without going on the roof, but they only do that if you hire them for the job. A complete waste of time and money.
