Locally Owned & Operated is one of my big pet peeves. Support your local companies before the big ones any day. Owner sure knows his stuff, set us up on a bi monthly program and the bugs are gone. We did had a problem with clover mites one summer and ABC stayed on top of our pest issue until they were gone. The office staff is always there to help and the Technicians are prompt and very through. Would recommend ABC if you are having pest issues.

My wife and I like using local companies versus the big ones because we usually get more personal service. We started using ABC recently and it has been a great experience - from the office staff to the Technician that services our home. We chose the bi-monthly application package and it’s working well. We did have to call them back once right after we started for a problem with spiders in the basement and they came right back out. Listen to this service.....Hank said "no charge Sir, it is part of the guarantee in your service package".......wait, what??? NO CHARGE!! We have been getting regular applications since and haven’t needed a call-back! Buy local, use locally owned services companies....the service is worth it. ABC Pest Control get's a 5 out of 5 in our book....thanks for the great service.

We've been using ABC Pest Control for at least 2 years now and we are very pleased with their services. Our initial reason for needing ABC was because we saw an increase in silverfish and I HATE spiders. We have not had a problem since our first application. There was one instance where I wanted them to come in between our regularly scheduled services and they were more than willing to stop by. Highly recommend.

We had Ryan come out and spray, and ended up signing up for every two months. I did end up seeing the biggest spider ive ever seen within two weeks of spray, and I called ABC and they were amazingly nice and sent him back out same day to re spray my garage. That is an amazing company! I would suggest them to anyone, the spray is working and I can see results. I just can't stand spiders! I have been looking for an exterminator for a while as we have had quite a few spiders this year. The garage has a lot of them, a few in the house, and I knew enough was enough when I found one on the steering wheel in the car when I was driving. Terminix has gotten too hard to work with an Orkin is “ridiculously” overpriced. I found ABC and decided to give them a chance. The owner came out the first time to do the first treatment and answered all of my questions. He didn’t seem like he was in a hurry and just chatted about how their product/services work and I actually learned a lot about what/how/and why they do what they do. He did a great job. A few days later I started to find spiders dead in our garage, which was the worst place. About a week later I went out and found a GIANT spider dead in the garage. I hadn’t seen anything quite that big (and I lived in Phoenix for a while) so I took a picture of it and sent it to ABC. They confirmed for me it wasn’t anything dangerous, but it was big. Overall so far we have had a great experience with them and will continue to work with them as long as they continue to do a good job. I would definitely check them out if I were you, even to compare your current rates.

After buying my first home there were many excitements and anxieties about what was to come and what I could afford in regards to turning the house into my first home. My garage is very important for my work and my home inspector had put in his report that there was previous signs of termite damage. After removing the damage, I became concerned about the overwhelming amount of previous damage done to the inner structure and didn't want to start rebuilding without the peace of mind and extermination of the threat if there was one. I saw no signs of active infestation and not a bug in site, but I'm not a professional and wanted to be sure. I chose ABC Pest Control based on Google Reviews as they had very high marks and the owner himself responded to reviews and was courteous and responsive. He arrived in a timely manner and was very personable. He inspected my property and discussed what he was seeing in easy to understand detail and explained that there had been previous mitigation to the property very recently and that my worries were unfounded. But if a problem should arrive in the future he wrote up a plan of action and estimate for the cost and it was $1000 under my expectations based on previous experience and came with a fantastic warranty. Ryan was very professional, honest about his services and helped me feel appreciated and respected as a worried customer working on his first home. At this time, nothing needs to be done to my property and Ryan charged no fee for the inspection and that was a cherry on top of excellent service. I can't recommend ABC Pest Control enough to a new homeowner or any other property owner that's seeking quality pest control, excellent prices and great customer service.

We had the unfortunate experience of moving into a new house that was infested with bed bugs. We did not realize at first what we're dealing with. We thought it was allergies. Bed bugs was the furthest thing from our minds. After the surreal shock and awe of realizing what we're dealing with and after a brief episode of wailing and gnashing of teeth, we looked around for a company to take care of the problem. I looked on the BBB website and ABC Termite and Pest Control had an A+ rating so I called. They were sympathetic to our situation and accommodating to our schedule. They explained what was going to happen and what to expect. After the first application, as was explained, dead bugs started showing up. But after a few days, less. We followed their recommendations of what to do on our end and by the start of the second application two weeks later, no bugs, dead or alive have presented themselves. This has been a tiresome and exhausting experience, but with ABC, I feel that there is an end to the ride. Ryan and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient with the application process and in answering our questions. I would recommend Ryan and ABC Termite and Pest Control.

we had spring tail several month ago, and the company (Rove) we used was not very helpful. Therefore we decided to switch to another company. We searched pest control company online. We decided to use ABC as the there were some good reviews. ABC is pretty good on the response time. They helped us on the spring tail problem. They are better than Rove which we used before, and more acknowledge than Rove on the treatment of spring tail. Rove did help us getting a rid of silverfish, but the some of their Technicians were not very ac knowledgeable.

We have had ABC coming in to eliminate and prevent pest problems since January of 2015. We have not had any problems with mouse activity in our house and can say we have only had one bug in the hose (other than flies the kids let in) in that 2.5 year period of time. Recently we have had ground squirrel activity, digging into our brand new patio and when I expressed a concern that the bait boxes may not have been controlling this problem, ABC quickly took action and made it known that my satisfaction is important to them. They sent Keith out to look at our bait boxes, which all had bait in them and he even put bait pellets in the holes around our patio to help. (He even scared a ground squirrel out of the box under our back step!!!) Very satisfied with this resolution and therefore I will continue to recommend their service!

We moved in last summer and had a lot of spiders inside the house as well as lots of big, nasty spiderwebs in trees around our home. I hated mowing the lawn b/c I'd bump into them! I probably could be diagnosed as having arachnophobia, and the kicker was finding a wolf spider in my garage. That was it. I told my husband the only thing I wanted for my bday was a pest control service. We chose ABC Pest and I've been completely satisfied with the results. In the many months since using them, I've seen one spider in our house (that's probably a 95% or more decrease), and not a single spiderweb around our house and trees. This stuff really works! I'm not thrilled with putting the chemicals in our house, but it's the price I have to pay, and they say it's safe for our dogs and cat once it dries, which only takes about 10 min. The front desk is very friendly and flexible when I need to change the appointment time, too. They have seriously increased my satisfaction with my home! For me, spiders are a BIG DEAL, and using their service is well worth the money. Thanks ABC Pest Control!

I'm big on customer service the first contact I make with a company. I accidentally called the Lincoln office and had a great conversation with a gentleman there before we realized I called the wrong office. He wasn't hesitant in discussing what they would do, how they would do it, and ball park prices (unlike another small business and the big boys). Called the Omaha office, left a message, and got a prompt response upon my message being received. I was relieved great customer service from them as well. We were able to schedule a timely inspection to discuss the way forward. The serviceman that showed up was actually the owner, great guy, personable, and no BS approach. Since setting the bait traps around the house and catching the 2 freeloaders inside that I knew we had (hoping that's all), I'm pretty confident in saying their approach is doing it's job.

At getting rid of pests they deserve 3 stars. But when we get into the matter of customer service... If you need just a one time service call, strongly recommend them. But if you are looking for something every other month, move along, don't sign a contract. I recently had to get out of our agreement because we are moving over 1,000 miles away and Ryan let me know he was doing me a huge favor by not charging me a $150 early termination fee.. Over and over again. Ryan said that because I wasn't able to give a full 30 days notice of the cancel he would need to charge me for one last service call (it was the lesser of the evils, he said). Sure, ok, no problem - they never showed up, but he still charged me, but not to worry, it was the lesser of the evils. The office staff is polite enough but terrible at returning calls and making appointments. And if you are wondering why they have so many 5 star reviews, they offer a discount for every positive review!
