Don is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and just a good human being. I called him after having some doubts about another company in town I was talking to for backyard voles. They were recommending multiple cycles of poison placed in our backyard to handle the issue, which made me nervous with two dogs, but the voles were taking over our yard, so I felt like it was the only choice. I called Don to get a second opinion and hopefully have him take over. He was so kind and spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with me explaining that if I fill in the holes with dirt they will likely just vacate. He mentioned some castor oil deterrent pellets I could use that might help a little as well, and what to do if the burrows starting reappearing. Let's just say it's been over a month now and we are about to replant grass because the voles are gone :) I am so grateful to this kind and knowledgeable professional for taking the time to educate me on these little critters and giving me a solution that didn't require putting poison into my backyard. For any future pest issues we have I know who to go to. Can't recommend Don enough.

Very nice folks. Came out and committed the equivalent of genocide on the local populous of crickets that had decided to invade my house this summer. Sprayed outside and inside of the house and after cleaning up the initial walking dead crickets, only one has shown it's face and he appeared to be quite out of sorts due to the residual affects of the spray. At their peak, I was smashing about 20 crickets a night with whatever was closest to me as I sat on the couch. I live out in the middle of nowhere and I am sure I will need and use their services again.

We've used Don and Crawlies since 2006, we are satisfied repeat customers. Our first house had ant issues in the yard that later started to be an issue in the house. Crawlies eliminated the indoor issue. Outdoors, one visit in the spring fixed us for the year. Our second house had SERIOUS wasps, everywhere. This was new for us, but we knew who to call because we knew who we trusted. One application fixed our issue, done. Courteous, professional, friendly, and super knowledgeable. Love Crawlies.
