I normally do not like door to door salesmen but Spencer did a great job and convinced me to give them a try. I usually would not answer the door to someone knocking who I was not expecting. Glad my kids got to the door today! Met Spencer who did a very thorough explanation of the product, and how they can get going as early as this afternoon. Devon showed up a few hours later and did a fantastic job! He was so kind and did not try to upsell me although I did ask about mosquito spraying and will be booking that service soon. ***Side note, this may sound shallow, but the employees are the most tidy and well groomed of any pest control company that I have EVER worked with! Why it seems like a small detail, it builds confidence in the company.

Not real happy about the billing ..I was told it would be $79.00 for the first treatment and $139.00 for QUARTERLY service...when done with the treatment I was told they would be back in 30 DAYS for another treatment and would be charged $139.00, then QUARTERLY would start after that. I just got my receipt for the $79.00 initial treatment and they charged me $139.00.......NOT GOOD....NOT GOOD AT ALL...Checking on my options at this point.....

Joshua's has given me my yard back. We've been at the mercy of gnats and mosquitos for the last few months. A sales rep named Bridger knocked on my door at the perfect time because we officially had enough. He laid out a great plan to take care of all the pests keeping us from enjoying our backyard. We signed up for an annual plan and less than 24 hours later Brandon showed up and took care of our entire yard. Sprayed and treated for all wasps and gnats on our property. He was very professional and attentive to our specific requests and needs. Looking forward to working with them for the next year and keeping our yard gnat free. Curse those little things.

He asked about any issues we have had and made sure to ask thoughtful questions to make us think about any problem areas. Our house is currently under construction and there is stuff everywhere, but he was very patient and got everywhere he could, then offered to come back to address any needs once construction is complete. A door to door sales rep came to my area in chesterfield and tried to switch me from my current company. He told me it was a one time service but after explaining it came out to a huge cancellation fee if I tried to cancel the contract. He proceeded to tell me that he services 20 home in the area. I’m the hoa president so when I reached out I found out no one uses them. I looked at the reviews and they all come from their salesman because they’re location is showing Utah and other states. So I switched from All Solutions to Joshua’s, to give it a try. The one thing I noticed after our first treatment and removing a couple of wasp nests... When the wasp nests were swept from underneath our awnings above the garage door, the remnants of said nests were scattered all over my driveway when I pulled up after work. Keep in mind that I don’t expect your company to clean my driveway 100% when you’re finished, but I sure didn’t expect to see remnants all over the top of my drive after treatment. In all of the pest companies that I’ve utilized over many years, (and I’ve contracted quite a few...) I’ve never had to ‘clean up’ once they were finished. I wouldn’t have minded if you swept the debris to the side, or even up into the mulched area as a common courtesy, but to just leave it scattered as it was, definitely didn’t impress. I’m not here to downgrade at all. Just throwing some things out there to consider for the future. I feel companies only get better when your customers are honest! Now the bright note! I haven’t seen one single pest since our treatment!! Yay You!! I’m scared to death of flying, crawling, ugly insects of ANY kind!! Rodents are a whole nuther story! So far; So good!! These people showed up several times to my home. The same rep tried to sell my pregnant wife service several days in a row. I don’t know what kind of marketing plan they have... BUT sending people out on a Segway to hardball potential clients for an ancillary service like pest control is CRAZY! Get out of my neighborhood and try a different marketing plan than dope knocking. If a potential client asks to not be marketed to again can you at least wait s month or two before coming back?
