When my wife and I first moved in to our home, we had a mouse problem. We called elite pest control and they immediately came and took care of the problem. Within the week, we had caught the mice and the issue was dealt with. Later in the spring, we developed an ant problem. Aaron came and sprayed one time and no more ants. We will definitely continue to do business with Elite Pest Control in the future and I always refer my friends and family to them.

Elite Pest Control is by far the best company in the Southeast Missouri Area !! Besides the great prices they genuinely care about their customers!! They go out of the way to make sure the job is done right the first time! I referred them to my mom and when other companies told her that the termites in her wall were to bad to treat, Aaron came in and was able to do a full treatment and stop further damage to her house!!! These people know what they are doing and I refer them to everyone I know!!

Update: Opinion still sticks. 5 stars. I was with orkin before this company by the way. Highly recommend them. No issues with bugs what so ever. Steve took care of us, and went the extra mile spraying down ants. Well...he goes the extra mile period. When he sprays you can see the bugs run. Nothing else to say. Im staying with Steve. We've used Elite for the past few years, due too our daughter being allergic to Mosquitoes. The treatment, is a once a month deal. The day of there will literally be no flying insects around. Around week 2 you start to see the numbers start to build again. After you hit week 3 your back to about normal.

Amazing customer service....ALWAYS covering their shoes when going from inside to outside, so as to not track in any outside dirt. Was recommended from our neighbor, and I would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for year round pest control. Have only been a customer for a few months, and already have noticed a drastic decrease if not completely in that timeframe of unwanted spiders, insects, and more unwanted critters. It is also safe for our small dog, it has not been harmful in any way. Was so very grateful for the recommendation to try Elite Pest Control.

Elite Pest Control took care of the problem in a timely and efficient manner. I was allow to place the additional cost of the Brown Recluse abatement on my quarterly service. This made it more affordable and created a safe environment for my family. Their staff and service providers excel at customer service. I do not know what I would have done without their help and advice.
