Always professional, always courteous, fairly priced and they make the same guarantee as the competition but instead of five pesticide applecations per year, they do it with four. Saves on cost and I like having less chemical sprayed around areas where my grandkids roam. If we ever have a pest problem, they take care of it with no questions asked. For the past several years I have used them on business, rental, personal residence and river cabins. I recommend them to anyone.

ATTENTION ALLERGY SUFFERERS After a month of trying every mixture I could find on the web for the HUGE ANT INVASION we had this spring, our lawncare guy, Dwayne Kauffman, recommended Arts PEST CONTROL I had always noticed their informative signs as I passed their little house on Hwy 50. We went personally and found the office staff so friendly and personal we left with hope. A few days later Brian showed up prepared to treat. I especially appreciated how he listened to me explain my allergies & how sensitive I am to fumes & that I was afraid to have any treatment inside my house as my daughter had suffered a rare disease from ant spray which caused her blood platelets to decrease. So he gave extra care to the outside of my house, with the only thing changed on the inside is NO MORE ANTS! And I don’t smell a thing! I have no worry about anything being in my house which could harm me or just gross me out being around my food. I strongly advise anyone sensitive or with allergies or children who suffer allergies to not be afraid of this service. Especially from Arts who have shown me they care. This is a good business and I think we’re all going to need them more as the summers get longer & the winters get milder...the bugs are surviving with force! REMEMBER THE OLD COMMERCIAL...”YOU DON’T MESS WITH MOTHER NATURE!”...BUT I DON’T WANT HER INSIDE MY HOUSE!

Before each visit we receive a phone call to make sure the date of the service does not conflict with our schedule, and they have always been there on the scheduled date and time frame given. Have them come spray for bugs a few times a year. Can always tell when I need them back, and how well it works! I live by a field and lake. So lots of bugs. Now, when they’ve recently sprayed, there’s always a line of dead bugs outside. When that line starts disappearing, it’s because they’re getting in my house! Time to call Arts then.
