He returned all of our phone calls promptly, and made time to provide a consultation on a weekend (and within 24 hours of our request for an appointment). Within minutes of walking through our home, Randy showed us where mice were entering and provided information about how to remediate without chemicals. We were so impressed with his services that we asked him to take a look at our box elder bug infestation, and sprayed for bugs on the spot.

Mr. Randy Johnson is one of the most personable and outgoing people I’ve met and provided the best customer service I’ve had during my stay here in Minnesota. I was staying at an Air B&B for the month and came across a small bug on the bed and was very concerned so I took a picture and kept the bug in a ziplock bag. He was the only Pest Control Business open on a Sunday which is a plus for us customers. I couldn’t find my way to the location so he called personally to make sure I had the right address. He even allowed me to text him a picture of the bug first but I wanted to be sure so I followed up in person. He provided me with so much information about the bugs and beetles and educated me on why it is what he said it was, so I would know In the future. He also provided me with all the tools I needed to prevent any further pests from inhabiting the apartment I was staying with and showed me how to apply and use them. He provided me with piece of mind as well as the tools to make sure this wouldn’t happen again. The ease with which I was able to contact him and the fact that he’s just a good guy trying to help people out without trying to make a quick dollar is why I would highly recommend Mr. Johnson to anyone in the Minnesota area. My lil one found a huge hornet's hive up in a tree while playing in our front yard. I called and spoke to several companies before calling Randy at Thermal Pro. Once I talked to him he said he could come out right away and handle the problem fir a fair price. Within an hour of talking to him he was here working. He was polite and extremely professional. Randy explained everything he was about to do and even took the time afterwards to show me the queen and he even looked up the species for me. Honestly,I think this company would do a good for anyone not living in a mobile home. I really need help with mice control. We just bought an old mobile home. He said that we would always have mice. Which isn’t true because once you fix entry points kill the once’s inside. Our entry point issue could be solved, and we could and will do it ourselves. But to say I will always have mice, I felt a bit discriminated honestly.

We recently dealt with an infestation scare, which led to quite a bit of panic in our household. Randy and his technician did a great job of helping us assess and treat our problem. In addition to providing a very rapid response and accommodating us during some off-hours, Randy actually talked us into a much more cost effective treatment when it became clear that our issue was not as drastic as we'd initially thought. In the irrational state we were in, he could have easily gone along with the expensive treatment we'd asked for, but the fact that he didn't speaks volumes about his character. Great guy, and super knowledgable. Several competitors even had wonderful things to say about him when we told them who we were working with.

During a recent move into a new home, it was discovered we may have an infestation of bed bugs that we might be bringing from our previous home. We needed peace of mind this was not the case. We contacted one of the larger and well known pest control companies and were told to wait a week and let the bugs find their new home. Also don't have any guest for this time period. Not acceptable. We contacted Randy late in the afternoon and he was at our door first thing the next morning. He inspected our home thoroughly and we received the peace of mind we really need to move forward.
