Mr. Randy Johnson is one of the most personable and outgoing people I’ve met and provided the best customer service I’ve had during my stay here in Minnesota. I was staying at an Air B&B for the month and came across a small bug on the bed and was very concerned so I took a picture and kept the bug in a ziplock bag. He was the only Pest Control Business open on a Sunday which is a plus for us customers. I couldn’t find my way to the location so he called personally to make sure I had the right address. He even allowed me to text him a picture of the bug first but I wanted to be sure so I followed up in person. He provided me with so much information about the bugs and beetles and educated me on why it is what he said it was, so I would know In the future. He also provided me with all the tools I needed to prevent any further pests from inhabiting the apartment I was staying with and showed me how to apply and use them. He provided me with piece of mind as well as the tools to make sure this wouldn’t happen again. The ease with which I was able to contact him and the fact that he’s just a good guy trying to help people out without trying to make a quick dollar is why I would highly recommend Mr. Johnson to anyone in the Minnesota area. I wish all my customer experiences could be like this one.

I had a family picnic coming on a Friday - Thursday afternoon while sweeping the patio, I disturbed a wasp nest. I needed someone to come asap - Randy Johnson came yet that evening to spray/rid the wasps Then he came back the next morning to clean up the debris (nest in a firewood pile) He called ahead both times and was there when he said he would be. Thanks for coming promptly and saving the picnic !

By far the best customer service we have ever experienced. We moved here from another state. We found what looked like cockroaches in the house we are renting. Thremal pro came out immediately and notified us that they were not in fact cockroaches. Instead of just charging us a bunch of money, or doing unnecessary spraying, their solution was effective and very affordable.
