We have been having issues lately with ants in our house. As fate would have it, Brennan came to our door today and promised to take care of us. He got us signed up and within 2 hours, Nick was here to start treatment. Both Brennan and Nick were incredibly professional and polite. Beware of this service and its "guarentee". You are signing a one-year contract that you cannot get out of without paying remaining balances and cancellation fees, regardless of what you are told. We hired rise to take care of an outdoor ant problem. They began treating our property with what I was positive to be Ant steroids instead of any sort of pesticide as the probem became worse. We called about this issue and were told this is normal but they could perform a retreat. This became a cycle until I had to have about five more "normal retreats" all of which were unsuccessful. I became concerned that we had so much chemicals in our ground we were all going to be radiated. The straw that broke the camel's back was when we started having the ants coming into our home which had never been an issue previously. We called on this again and was told that they're coming into our home because the treatments are working and they have nowhere to go. It was in this phone call when I wanted to cancel their service under their satisfaction guarantee. I was told that they could not cancel because they are still willing to perform retreats and will honor their guarantee with those retreats. I expressed my concern about multiple retreats, the over usage of chemicals and at what point is the treatment just simply a failure. All I I wanted was to discontinue service, I wasn't trying to get any money back I just wanted to stop the services. Long story short I was punked into paying a cancellation fee and that was that. I still have lots of ants that are now highly resistive to pesticides, could probably survive a nuclear blast and I'm out a few hundred dollars. Thanks Rise.

Very nice and friendly staff but think twice before singing a 'contract' with them. They came door to door back in 2017 and I agreed to sign up with them to simply shoe others away. Not sure why my neighborhood was swarmed with these type of companies but after the 4th person I agreed to one. They all claim to be better than the previous.. ha. Anyway I signed up and within a month I called to cancel. I was told I can do that but there will be a fee that basically paid for the service for the year so it made no sense to cancel because I won't be saving any money and if I wanted to cancel I can do that after the 4th quarter payment. 9 months later I did that and was confirmed to be cancelled. Here we are a year later and I am still being charged for the service. Not sure if I was charged at all the previous year or not because my history doesn't go back that far. I can confirm I have been charged 3 times this year. Easy thing to miss when there are only 4 transactions on my CC a year that I use almost daily. I called this morning and was told they will look into it. Disputed the charges because I did in fact cancel this service over a year ago. The service honestly is unnoticeable. I still see cobwebs, bugs, bee's, etc. throughout my property. I don't care much about it because it's their world too and they don't bother anyone but it shoes that their service really isn't much of a service after all. Again super friendly staff... But terrible customer service.

Think twice before signing a 'contract' with them. They came door to door and the salesman mentioned that they were coming by our neighborhood and if we wanted our house included. I truly thought it was a one time service at a valued price since they were already in the neighborhood. I signed up as I was caring for my infant twins and I wanted to carry on with my day. I felt this distraction was taken advantage of. After the first application, they came back a month later for the second. Confused, I called to cancel. I was told it was a year long contract and I could cancel, but would be charged an outrageous cancellation fee; no chance of being waived. Friendly staff...but I feel completely scammed.

We just had our first treatment on Friday. A tech named Rugby came out and serviced the house, he was extremely polite all around easy to work with good tech. Introduced himself, explained the agreement, worked well around our dogs and got to work. The only downside at all is the agreement you side, our agreement said for 2 years and a fee if you cancel early well the sales rep had said over and over its only 1 year with opt out before the second year but thats not what the actual signed agreement says. We are taking that up with the rep.

Maybe rethink a contract with these guys I think they’re more about taking money within a calendar year. They treated my mothers home twice in winter months when there aren’t effectively any pests to control. Last treatment before March was the end of last year on New Years. Both in winter months and laughable used a broom to sweep spiders clear in winter months. I’m just looking out for her because they really shouldn’t be taking money nor doing ineffective treatments when it’s not the ideal time of year especially with seniors.
