Richard Standish charged us to seal whole house to guarantee no pests for two years, but we could expect it to last longer than the guarantee. He did not explain where he sealed the property. Within a month, pests returned and we informed him of the new pests but he wouldn't return to make good on his guarantee saying that the new pests were from before he serviced our property. After months of new pests, and no support from Richard, we were forced to hire a new company to complete the job correctly. Rainbow Pest has been great - we should not have paid Richard in the first place.

I live in a building and the management company contracts with Rick for pest control, He IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!! He has been to my apartment 3 times in the last few months, tomorrow makes visit #4, and I am still seeing bugs. I am so glad that I am not paying for him to treat my unit because obviously something is wrong and its not my OCD cleaning issues. He has to come to treat 4 times in the whole 3 months I have lived here. Not Impressed at all. #sorryImnotsorry when stating #thetruth. Update, just 2 days after he treated for a fourth time, i have found more roaches.

I was referred to Rick Professional Pest Control Inc. by a buddy i work with. He went around the house, up on the roof, in the house, and even under the deck. He actually took video of all the entry ways into the home, and educated me on how rodents get in. Rick did a great job, sealed everything, cemented, caulked, and boarded up all the entryways there were. Rick is extremely professional, got straight to work, and did a thorough job. His attention to detail was excessive, but greatly respected. He truly is an expert in pest control, and provides a damned near permanent solution to your pest control issues. Unlike Plunkets or Adams Pest control, where they just patch the problem, and come back every so often to patch it again...

Quoted nearly $2000 to remove a rodent making scraping noises in house. Seems like pest control is for wealthy people only. I would expect time and materials for something like this at like $50/hr.
