Most unprofessional pest/termite company I have ever dealt with! They do not respond to emails and if you call and ask about said email they become argumentative and hang up the phone on paying customers. They are very friendly upfront but once they receive their money they no longer respect any level of customer service. I do NOT recommend using this company.

Had some issues with the first visit but after a negative review, the owner called me himself to determine what could be done to address the problems. They came back and applied further treatments at no additional cost. I will definitely give them another chance. I appreciated the personal call.

I agree. They never take responsibility when they are in the wrong. Twice the price and half the service.i feel we need better local companies. Not a franchise. They are all about basically stealing from good folks in Red Wing.

I have known the owners for many years and they have always stepped out of their way to help me whenever needed. I have used their service for snow removal and they did a quick and elaborate job. Would never have anything negative to say about these people. They are extremely caring and humble.

Scam artists. Going to be my pleasure taking accounts away from them. They have many unhappy customers. Won't pay for damages they do. Plow 3 days after it snows(after you shoveled already) charge full price. Won't repair lawn they peeled up. One of there 5 star ratings is an employee. You do the math.the other two are probably family. How ironic in a small town people know generations of families. Peststop needs a money based data bank. I will be offering twice the service at half the cost. Even I think it would be unfair to solicate business from these scam artists on there websight page. I however will be stopping at customers doors with a handshake and honesty they never will get from a corporate company. I will know or learn your name. know if your kids are enrolled with mine. This is a small town. Let's try and keep it that way.
