We had a gentleman doing our home pest control for years, but still we would see hundreds of beetles in the house during the fall, loads of camel crickets in the basement and occasional mice. Paffy's eliminated just about all the camel crickets on the first treatment. In addition, there were only a fraction of the beetles and so far no mice. The staff is so friendly and we highly recommend them.

Today I had to call Paffy's because nobody showed up to my house this morning for my appointment at 7am. When I called I spoke to Barb and she was so rude and nasty to me. This will be the 2nd time I have spoken to her. The last time was a couple months ago when they had to come out to my apartment. Both times I have spoken to her she has been extremely rude. This is the exterminator my apartment complex uses because I would not be paying a company with such horrible customer service. Barb is one of the 1st point of contacts you talk to when you call, she represents the company and what a poor, nasty, rude lady to have answering your phones. I would never want someone to represent my company like her.

Always pleased with these folks. Had an awful carpenter ant problem a year ago, they came out promptly, were incredibly kind explaining what they were doing, where they were spraying, and how long until the I would see results. If you don't have a problem (as I did not this year), they just spray the outside of the house and any "problem areas" that might be hot spots for ants. With the infestation, they do spray inside with baby/pet friendly spray. Both techs who came out were very nice and explained everything I asked about.
