This company is a joke. My original phone call was returned and we discussed the plan they use to catch the moles. I was told they would be out 2 times per week to check on everything. Well, 2 and a half weeks went by and nothing. The traps were in the same spots, no phone call, no anything. Then with a week and a half left they were out everyday moving traps around trying to catch moles. They ended up getting one and the next day the traps were gone. 1 week later the moles are tearing up my yard and landscaping still. There was no recommendation given to help deter the moles. The only time I talked to the company while they had traps in the yard was when I was home and ran outside as he was driving away. Paid $225 to have nothing any different. Do NOT use this company.

Jim was dynamic to work with. They trapped my property for an entire month, and only trapped 1 mole. That's the way it goes when you are dealing with mobile animals that can take refuge in neighbors yards for periods of time. Talked with Jim 2 weeks after my months trapping session was complete, and inquired about secondary options as another mole had invaded my yard. Jim went above and beyond to take care of everything,

Jim and his staff saved my yard with their hard work and knowledge of moles and voles. After a week I noticed a new hole that was dug up and they immediately switched a bucket location without question. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to catch moles/voles in their yard.

I had moles at the very end of last season and tracked these guys down. I think someone recommended them and really appreciate whomever did that BTW. Jim has been great to work with and they did catch a mole right before the snow fell last. Haven't seen a mole yet this year but ended up with voles. They have probably killed a half dozen so far. They are very knowledgable, are great about leaving notes with the progress and very reasonably priced. If you're dealing with moles or voles, I would highly recommend these guys.

Jim and crew got 3 moles out of our yard that caused a lot of damage and that I had not been able to get on my own with traps and poison worms. He said it might take more than the first month and it did but we are now mole free. Highly recommend!
